It's a casual come as you are atmosphere. No dress code, no looking down on anyone who walks through the door. Always full of happy, smiling people ready to lend a hand or just be a friend. The friendliest people in town, not stuck up or snooty, not sizing you up by the clothes you wear or where you come from. The Dry Dock Club is all about lifting people up not putting them down, meeting all kinds of new people and making all kinds of new friends. It's like everyone there has just escaped a sinking ship and are all clinging onto the same life raft.
Love this place and the people missed going last 2 Saturdays cuz of family events but so looking forward to going tomorrow!!!

People here are friendly! They are always worried about others. Constantly offering assistance if it seems necessary without asking for anything in return.
The recovery meetings are pretty good. Nice people, and free coffee. Can't beat it.

I found this place through EventBrite for a coffee + yoga event co-organized with Just Breathe Yoga with instructor Ali. Great yoga, great coffee and pastry, and nice talking to Mary and her husband. Very friendly and cozy vibe. Will come back again

The Strand Theater is one of my favorite places in Shelbyville! The staff are kind and welcoming professionals who truly care about our community. The theater is beautiful and constantly being updated. The Strand Theater is definitely one of the gems
Blue River Memorial Park is a beautiful place. I walk the trails, which are great. They have an awesome playground, splash pad, and shelter house. They also have a great cross-country course.
