Dry Dock Motel - Motel in Seaside Heights - 50 Lincoln Ave, USA

I do not recommend anyone to book this motel. This motel needs major renovations. The stairs to go on first and second floors were broken. Some stairs were concrete falling apart and some broken ones were replaced with piece of wood. Unsafe for kids to go up and down on the stairs. Room was very filthy, dirty, smelled and there were flying bugs in the room and bathroom. Microwave was burned and beat up barely worked. Bathroom was disgusting and dirty. Only warm water no hot water. The water nozzles were broken and there was barely water came out of shower head. This place needs pest control, sanitation, and major renovation. Don’t waste your money at this motel. The staff were unfriendly and rude.

My son and me took a last minute trip to Seaside and absolutely love this hotel. It was a cute room and it was clean. The pool was great and I wish I had known it had 3 nice grills right next to the pool! The staff are really friendly also! Will definitely come back!

Good location and clean pool and clean rooms and I am a frequent visitor to the motel over all my stay is excellent and staff is very friendly.

The staff were very accommodating and the location is amazing. Also have a microwave and a fridge. Will definitely be back here

Overall, the room was clean. The floor was dirty....we had to wear flip flops. The bathroom had recently been remodeled with nice tile, although it was a very small space. There was a high-tech mirror that talked, but we'd rather have at least 1 chair in the room. No table, no chairs. No rack/bar/closet to hang clothes. Front desk people were accomodating when we needed towels, TP, etc. Pool was nice except for the barbecue grills. They didn't have an ice machine but they had grills which attracted big families with obnoxious kids. People were in the pool at midnight while "security" and night desk guy watched. Just another Seaside motel.... pick your poison.

The room was very nice. The night manager was great in keeping the neighbors quiet. When they did not listen, he immediately went to them a second time and was polite in giving me another room away from them. He was very pleasant to me, and I appreciated it. Yes, the pillows and bed were very comfortable!!!!

Positive: "" Negative: The only thing out of everything (because it was an amazing daycation) was the pressure of the shower water.
