We had a great time at the Drury Hotel in Franklin, TN, during our 1st James Family Reunion. Overall, my experience was very positive. The room fee was reasonable. The food service was good, and my room was nice and comfortable, although the mattress was too firm for my liking. The housekeeping and front desk staff were extremely friendly. I appreciated how clean the hotel was. Plenty of seating was available in the lobby for my family and other guests to mingle and enjoy themselves. Daniella Aquirre handled our reunion arrangements; and showed great patience and kindness in dealing with my numerous emails and phone calls. I had the chance to meet her during check-in, and she kindly provided my family with suggestions on where to go to enjoy the city. I definitely will recommend your hotel to others.

This hotel was one of our favorites on our trip. The room was great and had a frig and microwave. The shower was the best. And beds were super comfortable. But what really amazed us was not only the free breakfast but free dinner too. We only got to take advantage of this once but it was so nice to have it be so convenient. They also gave you a card for 3 free drinks each evening and they had popcorn in the lobby. And last but not least, the hotel staff was very pleasant and welcoming.

Wonderful, friendly staff. Very clean and well appointed rooms. Food and drink (margarita) did not disappoint after a very long travel day. Quiet and safe. Wish we arrived earlier to enjoy the pool. Breakfast was perfect before heading out. Will return

Very lovely hotel! Room was clean, lots of counter space in bathroom, beds were comfortable, room temp was simple to control & worked very well. Love their evening kick back. It is enough food for my dinner! The breakfast is excellent too. The staff was very attentive during meals when they were busy -- often looking around to help clear dishes. 😊😊 It is south of Nashville, but not too far away. It is super easy to get to from the freeway. Definitely stay here if you can.

Beautiful rooms, loved the shower in the king room. I actually prefer a firmer bed, but everyone else in my group loved them. Pillows were very fluffy. I like that there is an evening meal included in room rate. I would like more veggies/toppings for salad at dinner and more fruit available at breakfast. Oh, and something sweet to end dinner, like a cookie, even if I need to check a box on the little card, like I did for my glass of wine. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Kitchen staff and cleaning staff is amazing. Front desk is getting better. The hotel is truly a remarkable place. Great views from front or back, if your lucky they will have a football game going and is able to be seen from your room. Evening drinks and snacks are always available for an hour and a half, dining hall management listen up. Meatballs and mashed potatoes need to come back on Monday night. Great job kitchen staff, always welcoming.

Positive: The kindness and efficiency of staff @ the front desk, maintenance and housekeeping. Negative: The food selection for complimentary breakfast and evening not so appealing. The popcorn made daily was very good from what I understand. There is no Christian type of channel options one can watch on the hotel television in the room.

What a great hotel and so very accommodating at every level!! My wife commented on how comfortable the bed was. Breakfast was especially good! The hotel and staff are first class! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying here!
