Great experience. We visited and stayed 2 nights at this hotel as part of a volleyball team for a weekend tournament. The hotel manager ensured our entire group could eat breakfast before an early AM check-in and had his staff arrive 1 hour early to have a hot breakfast ready at 6A (vs. normal weekend time at 7A). Plus, I found the hotel very clean, safe, and our room extraordinarily quiet. We could not hear a thing in the hall or the other rooms. Our beds were comfortable, the lighting and power outlets excellent. And the bathroom was spacious for our needs. Plus, the internet was terrific. And very important —the complimentary evening dinner snack buffet and morning hot breakfast make this hotel an extraordinary value for any visitor but especially family groups. I highly recommend it for the great service and central location.

We went for a short trip in Milwaukee and stayed there. The location is great, it's right in downtown and close to the lake and public market, both worth visit if you new to the city. What impressed me the most is the friendly and nice staff. They are eager to help you if you need anything or just want to chat :-) There is also light dinner and pretty good breakfast, both are included in the price, that makes the place a good value pick. Would definitely recommend the place if you are visiting the town.

Everything about our stay & experience exceeded expectations. Highly recommend for individual or family stays! Parking garage is connected to Hotel and makes you feel secure. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The pool was warmer than most hotels and hot tub was hot and jets made for a nice comforting experience. Fitness center was nice and all equipment was in good working condition.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in. From Kay at the front desk to Michael (manager), our experience was exceptional. The room was quiet, well appointed, and had plenty of room for my wife and me. The shower was wonderful. When we got home my wife insisted on us getting a new showerhead because the one in the shower at The Drury was really nice. The nightly appetizers and drinks were a wonderful touch. I used the gym and the pool and both were clean and well-kept. The staff was ultra-helpful, kind and patient. If I could give this hotel 6 stars I would do it! We will definitely be back at The Drury for our next anniversary. We have also stayed at the Pfister for our anniversary (which is a great hotel as well), but The Drury exceeded every expectation. This place is a gem! Thank you to everyone at The Drury for making our anniversary so special.

Positive: Nice large rooms. Comfy bed. Loved the pool and hot tub. Happy hour was a nice surprise. Breakfast was pretty good for continental. Would definitely stay again. Negative: Location is close to most places we wanted to go but still have to walk, Uber or drive.

Stayed for three nights and was blown away at the standard of the hotel, the front desk was very nice and helpful when checking in, it was our first time in Milwaukee and had given good tips on local places to eat and drink. The room itself was a great size with a very comfortable bed and a big screen tv with loads of channels to watch sport. The room had a great view of the city although it was snowing really bad so couldn’t see loads when it was snowing but that’s ok. The breakfast on each morning was surprisingly good, I’ve been to many hotels in America and the breakfast was not good whatsoever but bit here, a massive selection of hot and cold options. We were not in the hotel for the 5:30 kickback but the fact they put this on I imagine the food is good judging by the breakfast. The hotel is ideally located to walk to fiserv for a game or the two markets down the street, also with the other bars and restaurants nearby.

Great location in the heart of Milwaukee. Decent prices and nice views. Close to several downtown attractions with a large selection of local restaurants. The rooms are clean with a modern feel. The service was fast and friendly. Free drinks and popcorn all day. Free breakfast and dinner at designated times. Parking garage is attached for $25/day you can come and go as you please.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was a fantastic experience, from the beginning the check in process was great with very friendly staff, the inclusion of the 5:30 kickback was a great perk to the stay with the free drinks and food. The breakfast was great with a large selection to choose from, sometimes American hotels have not so good breakfast or limited options but not here they had everything which was great to start the day off. The only negative I have and it’s not really that big but the bed wasn’t made at all over the couple of days which wasn’t ideal but not a deal breaker or should be any reason not to stay because I would and will stay here again in the future.
