From the moment I stepped into this hotel, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming ambiance. The hotel agents, the staff, everyone we came across was exceptionally friendly.||The layout of the common areas was perfect. Whether we wanted to have game time or wanted to eat, we had a variety of seating to choose from.||||The room was perfect in size. The layout was as most hotels, just this room smelled fresh, was clean, and easy to navigate the lighting. Somehow I always find myself struggling to find a light when we first get in the room. The rooms at Drury have a light at the door!||Parking was in a garage. It was nice the gate came down to prevent people from entering without a key card. This was an added security feature we appreciated.||The breakfast is very good, and fresh. As was the food at the afternoon gathering.||This is by far the best experience I have had, EVER.

By far, it's one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Rooms are extremely clean they come by, and do your bed every day with fresh towels every day. Staff is extremely friendly. The gym has a great variety. I also liked that the gym was next to the laundry rooms, which gives you time for a good workout. I do, however, suggest the hotel clean out their washers. You can definitely get a hint of the dirty water on your clothes, and nothing a good maintenance can't fix. Pools and jacuzzi looked nice, too cold outside for my liking. My view was spectacular. Breakfast was actually good. They also served lunch/dinner. They do have a small restaurant inside, not much variety, and I wouldn't suggest to waste your money there as the food is just frozen food. I would suggest going to a nearby restaurant or maybe Uber eats. I read many reviews on noise, I was on for 9 and heard nothing other than what was in my room. I will go home and look for my missing item but if it was taken I will call the hotel.

This has been one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. Drury Plaza is BEAUTIFUL and super clean. The rooms are spacious and have beautiful, floor to ceiling windows. Even though it is located right off the freeway, I could not hear any traffic and my sleep was not at all interrupted. The beds are comfortable and the sheets crisp. And to top it all off, I was delighted to wake up to an included breakfast buffet. There was so much variety and the food was delicious! I will be back and recommending this hotel to all my family and friends passing through the area.

The quality of amenities for your money was amazing! The staff and size of our room was more than i could ask for. Free happy hour drinks, and free breakfast/dinner were an added bonus. Our family will definitely stay here again in the near future.

Over and beyond accommodating! I would love to thank Michael for helping us out the most. My travels wound up being delayed and I called the hotel to push out my arrival time. Something happened and my reservation was cancelled due to me being hours late. Michael was immensely helpful in getting my room back easily. He made it so easy and was so kind throughout the whole process. I was in town for a class and it was super close to the location, three's a ton of food close by, and it was an incredible experience overall. I'm so appreciative for the service and experience overall.

Very nice hotel I think you would enjoy your stay here while on business or vacation. Indoor and outdoor pool, Full bar and restaurant inside. Hot breakfast and a light dinner with your stay the food is hot and delicious, but my favorite part was the coffee ☕️ fresh and hot 😁.

The room and bathroom were large, very clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel has nice meeting rooms. Breakfast was typical Drury style and kept replenished and hot with good coffee and other drinks. The evening happy hour of 3 drinks included with the stay was nice. The bar eating area for late night was very good, albeit a little slow service. There are great eating places nearby. I'll go back here and other Drury because of the great experience.

Where to start!?!?! Check in staff was friendly and went over any concerns or questions, a huge difference from speaking with Drury reservation and customer service staff, this departments can definitely take pointers from the hotel staff. The Drury in Richardson was located off the freeway and one had several ways to access the hotel. Upon arriving you are greeted by the nice clean lobby area and check in clerk will tell you of their breakfast and kick off receptions. You are provided a ticket for free drinks. The garage parking is clean and some levels have an elevator on the same floor so you can easily get to your room. We enjoyed the heated pool and the view. This is a hotel we will definitely stay at again!
