Driftwood Beach Club - Hotel in Lauderdale-By-The-Sea - 4417 El Mar Dr, USA

Very old resort, but very clean. Furnishings were good. Location is great. Many restaurants within walking distance. Caters to an older crowd, which was great for us. We will return to this resort in the future.

This is no doubt one of the most highly RCI rated , affordable, small, complete, prime located (beach/restaurants) time shares in the United States. The private beach with chairs, patio and shuffle board about two minutes away. Restaurants, bars and entertainment just one block away! Free bus service to supermarket and other close businesses! Hot tub and heated pool! House keepers keep units (full kitchen, private bedroom and living room, ""pull out bed") darn clean. Complementary guest parking next to Beach Club. Management on premises and quickly responsive to all needs of the guests. My wife and I have visited the Driftwood Beach Club for the past several years and have never been disappointed!

The staff is super helpful and the rooms are always clean! The kitchen has all the equipment I needed to help save money on meals. There is usually an activity going on and the other guests are so friendly! We have been coming here for a number of years and always have a great stay!||Joyce Marah

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable.|It had everything we needed for our one week stay. Convenient for the beach and local restaurants.||It is an American timeshare resort so the majority of guests are owners and travel there the same week(s) every year.|We didn’t find the owner particularly welcoming, friendly or at times helpful. This might have been because we already own three weeks elsewhere and were not prospective buyers or maybe because we aren’t American and there are cultural differences. It didn’t spoil our enjoyment of the place.

This property looked like it came out of a magazine. Well laid out. It had a private beach access with free chairs & lounges for the beach. . By the way the chairs and lounges are higher of the ground that the average chair making the easier to get out of. As i travel a lot between variuos timeshare properties i experience one recurring issue - the beds are too far off the floor. I find it difficult to the bed without almost jumping up. It might just be me, but it is annoying.

Small but very comfortable, clean. easy fun time. service was great. the other guest where very friendly||beach was clean and easy to get to. the bed was small (double bed) but comfortable. I would go back

The Driftwood Beach Club is a perfect place to stay due to its location. The Beach Club is directly across the street from the Beach and near a number of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Units were clean and large enough. There is a swimming pool on premise at your doorstep. Staff was helpful and friendly.

This resort was fantastic. Walking distance to shops , restaurants and bars. Sandy beaches and great weather. We will definitely be returning. At this point we are looking at purchasing a week there because we enjoyed it so much.
