The manager of the drift resort Sandra Bissonette is untrustworthy. She does not pay her employees and lies constantly. She also runs the cleaning business Sandy C cleaning, which "cleans" the rooms. She cuts corners and does not clean the rooms well. They are still left filthy and the resort has "no smoking" rooms, that are NOT enforced.
My family and I LOVE staying at the Drift Resort. It's right around the corner from the beach, very clean, quiet, beautiful rooms, great pool. It's within walking distance to a great breakfast cafe and the boardwalk, but far enough away from all the noise. We've stayed here 2 summers in a row and will be back!

Très pratique !||Piscine chauffée à l’hôtel! ||La plage est facilement accessible, 2-3 minutes de marche seulement! ||Personnel accueillant et sympathique. ||Nous avions une chambre avec un lit double et deux divans-lits. Le matelas du lit était très dur. Les deux divans-lits étaient plus ou moins propres et les matelas étaient vieux. La céramique sur le plancher semblait plus ou moins propre aussi. ||Somme toute, nous avons tout de même beaucoup apprécié notre séjour !
Room need to be cleaned better mold on curtain in shower. Needed to get towels an sheets should of got toilet papper. Didn't realize till it was to late.no amenities like shampoo ect were in room .for a high price. Nice pool an room but not comfortable at all for beds. Made the most of it an kids loved pool.
Last minute decision to stay on Hampton Beach. Great price for the unit. The girl at the front desk was friendly. We stayed in a studio unit. There was plenty of room and it was clean. There was a stain on the sheets and comforter but everything else was good. The pool is small but enough for a quick dip. Beach and boardwalk is a quick 2 minute walk. Would stay again.
Just spent the weekend in a cute, nicely decorated studio. Check in went smoothly. Unit was very clean. Complex well run. literally a short walk to beach that was not as crowded as main public beach. Best part was the short walk does not require crossing the main road. Surrounding neighborhood was well maintained townhomes and single family. Will definately book again.
We had stayed here a couple of times about 10 years ago. The main selling point was location, right at the start of Ocean Blvd and the strip. After choosing a couple of other places to stay during subsequent visits, we decided to give The Drift another go. The place had been renovated since our last visit and certainly did not disappoint! We were allowed to check in about an hour ahead of schedule, and were greeted by a friendly staff who answered all our questions. The 'studio', as our room was referred to, was clean and modern, and well worth the nightly rate we paid. It was basically an efficiency apartment. And the location cannot be beat, the beach is a mere 2 short blocks away. Also, it is close to the strip without being on the strip so it is a bit quieter than most places on the strip. Will definitely book here again!
Easy walk to beach and stores. Very clean room. Up to date. Little noisy neighbors on Friday/Saturday night but quiet most other nights. Parking lot was a bit tight but at least you can walk to the beach. We'd stay there again.
This was the best thing we did on vacation this summer. We went in early September and had a one on one with Ellen. She was fabulous and so so so knowledgeable. My partner and I were so incredibly impressed with all the up close animal interactions,
The green room is the perfect place if you are looking for a healthy meal. They have a variety of sandwiches, smoothies, and salads.
