Notice of Non-Compliance Violation - Issued another violation on May 12, 2022 by either the Community Manager but more likely the recently hired security company to issues parking violations. I have 3 Ring cameras and the recorded footage that show that I had no vehicles parked in front of my house on that date. I left three messages (5/18/22, 5/19/22 and 5/20/22) with Holly Aguilar and no response. I have no idea what date the picture they are using since seem to have targeted my house. They will most likely wait the 10 days from the violation date, but this violation will show up on my HOA bill. I wonder how much of the fees from these violations are kept by Brown Management Company and what our current contracts and addendums with this new management are in place at this time. I would like to review these contracts and addendums to see how motivated Brown Management Company is to assess HOA members. At this point, my only recourse is to file a complaint with the HOA members and the BBB. I am not paying this violation but I have no idea on how to fight this harassment by Brown Management Company and their hired night security.

The park is in decent condition but is dated. None of the structure has shade to protect it from heating up in the Arizona summer, this rendering it useless for half the year. I like the colors conveinence of being able to walk my son to the park, I just wish there was more for him to do there.

Toys could stand to be replaced. Generally too many older kids hanging out on the little kid toys trying to be cool, even busted some for trying to steal a bike. We try to go when most kids are at school to avoid these problems.

Very nice, well maintained with a basketball court, volley ball court and a good size kids play area with sand and rubberized. I enjoy walking around the park in the early morning.

Recently hired a fly by night security company to enforce "no street parking". My garage already has a car and won't fit another. 2 grown adults and 2 kids of driving age with cars. Where an I supposed to park a car now?

Good park, but too much trash around the picnic tables and shelter, lots of cigarette buds

Great stuff to do things with kids young and old or young at heart. The park also has security cameras for those unfortunate events that happen in this day in age.
