This is the worst place you can think of to stay for vacation or for visiting Inglewood this motel have the worse service the price is expensive $110-$120 the owner seems to have some emotional problems she is insane and arbitrary her name is Kim she will call you in the middle of the night and start to scream to you over the phone and hang up..this place also have bed bugs the pillows are hard like a rock and the room service is perform by undocumented people who not even speak English owner take advantage of this poor people I invite you not to visit this place for your own good or Kim will ruin your vacations !!!stay away from this place
I stayed here for two nights whilst in LA on a work trip. ||||When we pulled in to the motel we were not quite sure where we'd been booked as from the outside the building is a bit dated and unwelcoming. ||||Check in was a breeze, with a friendly attendant and once we entered the room, we were pleasantly surprised. Clearly, money had been spent on updating the rooms rather than the outside. The room was clean and fairly modern compared to other motels we'd stayed in on our trip. The room had everything we required and had good wifi, which was something not available in other places we'd stayed in on our trip. There is also a 7 Eleven across the street for supplies. ||||Sometime after checkout, I realised I had left my watch in the room, or at least thought I had. I had certainly lost it. I was a bit worried as this a gift from my mother for my 40th Birthday. I called the hotel and the staff went to the room and found the watch for me. Horrah! I went back and offered a tip for their honesty, which was refused. I have to say I was very pleased to have the watch back, and for the staff for finding it. ||||I have stayed in plenty of hotels, left plenty of things behind - I'm forgetful. This was the first time anything has been returned. ||||3 stars for the hotel and 1 for the staff!
Everything is Great there. But could do better on beds to hard. And add softer towels. Housekeeping is awesome. Great service. Getting re modeled now June 2022
No compassion towards anyone who calls in advance who asks for a lae checkout regardless of their situation. I was having a serious gash on my face being stitched up from a hard fall, and was hospitalized over night. I called the Dream Inn at 9:45 asking if I could have a late checkout and they said absolutely not. Checkout is at 11. I said I was a hour away and was already on my way. I did not get there till 12:03 p.m. ||||They had so many other rooms to clean, yet they chose to clean my room first knowing that I was running late. They had began yelling at me when they say me as if they were going to attack me or as if I had burned down the entire motel. Telling me that didn't care I was in the hospital and he said 11 am. ||||I told them that was why I called and was still wearing my hospital wristband and was bandaged only face. They had thrown everything of mine into plastic bags (clearly had dine through all my luggage) and placed it in a storage unit. I was not allowed to enter the hotel room that I was staying in. ||||What kills me, is that they had many other rooms they were still needing to clean. Why be so compelled to start on a room in the middle on the 2nd floor when they knew there might be a chance that guest was running late.||||There is little to nothing to do in Inglewood, and I do not suggest ever going there for any reason especially at the Dream INN. They were unprofessional, unwilling to make any reasonable combination and treated me with no respect and showed zero customer service, making me wait out in the heat with all my bags and a fresh wound (that could not be in the sun) to wait for my transportation to arrive.||||Awful experience, and I never saw any of their amenities they had advertised about.
I decided to take my daily shower after room service and after I was done I told my wife to replace the towel I used for a clean one. She gave the towel to the room service employee but the room service lady gave my wife 2 towels. Then the Dream Inn owner came to my door asking why I got 2 towels? My wife only asked to replace 1 towel. The room service person lied to the owner. The room service person said that my wife asked for 2. Then the room service lady told me sorry for lying to the owner and she told me that she gave my wife 2 because she was trying to be nice. What also bothered me is that the owner did not said sorry to me or my wife because he was raising his voice at us and we are not guilty because we never asked for 2 towels! I also threw up in the toilet and I flush it. But it was a little dirty on the outside and one of the room service ladies thought it was food and told the owner. The next day in the morning the owner told me to stop putting food in the toilet and i told him that I threw up. I apologized to the room service ladies and the owner for throwing up in the toilet. I also gave a tip to all the room service ladies. But owner never apologized to my wife and I for being rude! But I am not worried because revenge belongs to God!
The manager Lucky, The cleaning crew, His beautiful wife, and family all are amazing. This hotel is very Clean, Comfortable, and Quiet. Thank you everyone at the dream 🙂 n for helping our community.
This Motel is very nasty with a nasty staff. The Husband is ok but the Wife is very rude. Please do not stay here. I begged you. They have BED BUGS.... I got bit 3 days in the row. My infant child was also bit by a bug. I am reporting them to the Health Department. They need to shut that old ass motel Down. They need to hiring a cleaning staff. You have the owners cleaning the rooms and doing a half ass job. Sad ass he'll.
I absolutely love this hotel...was there In October 2022...clean room and reasonable price. Front desk very nice... I'm planning to go back to LA soon!!!
