First of all, I would like to say how happy it makes me feel when I call a company and they actually answer the phone. I feel appreciated. I feel like I get to talk to somebody. I like to talk to a human being so I give them a A+ for answering the phone and talking to me. I give them a A+ for on-time service the very next day they were out here. I had a skunk problem, the man who came out to my home his name was Randy Lyle LYELL he was very professional. He was fast. He did a very good job. I really thought he did a wonderful job and would like to give him an A+ all around an A+ for me my name is mickie skrobot I live in Belleville Michigan…oh and the price was spot on!!!!

They were able to schedule me within a day or two of when I called. They showed up promptly moved to the furniture around that needed to be moved. They got stains out of my carpet that I never thought would get out. I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone. They do a great thorough job.

Awesome!! Randy came out and did an awesome job on our sofa and loveseat! He didn't rush his work but was very timely :-) I received a call ahead of time to let me know when he was on his way and a confirmation call the day before as well. Pricing was great too! I will definitely be using this company again, no complaints here!

We put new supposedly pet proof carpet in 18 months ago, and had problems with just normal walking, let alone pet stains which would not come out since day one. We tried 2 other companies, one large well-known franchise and another local company, and the dirt and stains reappeared when the carpet dried. I called another cleaning/restoration company who quoted me an outrageous price for just my 11x15 living room and hallway. Frustrated, I called the flooring store, who recommended DRC, as they do thier showroom. Stacy was prompt, super nice and very professional. He explained the stain agents he'd apply, said he increased the PSI to maximum level and honestly, while not completely dry as of this writing, the carpet looks amazing! He even got out stains I'd hoped just to be less noticeable. I also had an 8x10 wool area rug and upholstered chair cleaned, which look like new now. The price was very reasonable and we're more than happy. DRC now has a customer for live...I enthusiastically recommended them for your cleaning needs.

The tech Eric showed up on time. He shared some concerns about wood flooring getting scratched from equipment and gave me final pricing on carpet and tile cleaning. I sent him away at first because we did not want our wood floors to get scratched. I called the owner (Parker) and told him of our concerns and he assured me that floors would not be scratched and he would come back personally and lay out moving mats to protect our floors. So he showed up 20 minutes later with the tech (Eric) and laid out the mats everywhere, gave me a final price for everything and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving it to the tech. Eric did a great job cleaning the carpet and got most (not all) of the stains out. He did and awesome job on the grout! He did the grout in the kitchen, half bath and hallway. Turned out great! Very satisfied! Thank you Parker for your excellent Customer Service! Thank you Eric for doing a great job on our carpet and tile. Definitely will call DRC again for future cleaning.

We were very happy with DRC carpet cleaning. Randy was our technician who performed the service. Efficient, friendly and the best part was, the carpet wasn’t soaked when he was done. We found our new carpet cleaning company!

Really good customer service - setup an appointment to have couch and loveseat cleaned - appointment process simple- got a call 2 days before confirming appointment - technician called to advise his ETA which he arrived on time and within the timeframe I was given when making the appointment - very polite - did a very thorough job and provided great customer service and represented DRC very professionally.
