Dragon Pearl - Chinese restaurant in Hudson - 431 2nd St #202, USA

I absolutely love Chinese and sushi restaurants, and I have to say after visiting here, this is my new favorite Chinese restaurant and sushi spot. All of the food I ordered was absolutely phenomenal. I had the szechuan shrimp lunch special. It was the main dish, an egg roll and a side of the best fried rice I've ever eaten. All for under $10, what a deal! The fried rice had bits of tasty pork throughout. The egg roll was amazing, and the szechuan shrimp was one of the best Chinese dishes I ever had. They ask you how spicy you want it, I said very spicy, and it was so flavorful, and wasn't too crazy spicy where I couldn't eat it. I also had the meat wontons appetizer, which were phenomenal, and were less than $6 for 8 of them with a tasty sauce. They have a good selection of Asian and American beers, wines and sake. I had a root float, which was great. Siper friendly and quick service. Most of the customers there were talking with the sushi chef like they knew him personally. The prices are more than reasonable. They have a bar at the sushi counter, which is neat. Highly recommend.

Amazing sushi! We stopped off here for lunch on a whim and we were so happy we did! This was our first time here and chose a few sushi rolls to share. It was hard to choose, there's so many options! Beautiful presentation, kind and professional service, generous portions and wonderful food! If you haven't been, please stop by and check them out if you're in Hudson.

If you want real Japanese & Chinese food this is the place to go. The food tastes fresh and full of flavor. The lo mein noodles are so yummy. Fried rice is also done well and the sushi is delectable. I love the vibe of this place! It's movie like with neon signs out front and a corner entrance on an old downtown Hudson building. They have great takeout as well. AA

The ambiance is incredible. It's just a small restaurant that is super comfortable and cozy. The sushi is truly phenomenal. It is fair priced but far beyond anything else in quality and taste. It is by far the best sushi I have ever had in my life. No where else compares. Highly recommend the dragon pearl roll, a new personal favorite of mine. They also have great little touches. The cream cheese wasn't cold, the extra sauce on the plate made a beautiful tree, and they delivered our bill with a bit of pineapple to help with digestion. I will definitely be coming here again.

The meat wontons are filled with rich flavor!! The sushi appetizer was good, their mango sauce is liquid gold for all food 👌 the white rice that came with my szechuan chicken xtra spicy xtra chicken was sticky on its own 🤍and the dish was *actually* spicy and had a bazillion chilies in it. And definitely enough chicken!! Egg rolls were great too. Honestly even their sweet and sour sauce impressed me, and i hate that stuff (or thought i did, until i tried this one). Oh and the miso soup tastes VERY homemade and smooth! This place is incredible!! I am thoroughly impressed and I think they should sell desserts too. :)

I ordered delivery. The driver left the food outside on my sidewalk in the cold. I called to ask what happened to my delivery & was told it was left at my door!! No notice, didn’t ring the doorbell- nothing. The food was terrible. The rice was mushy, the vegetables were soggy and even after adding soy sauce there was no taste to the dinner. Worst meal I have had in a restaurant in town. The only compensation I got was to refund the delivery. If you can’t send out fresh food don’t send any!!!!

What a fabulous dining experience! Chinese and Japanese cuisine. Been coming here for years and is always a nice treat. Service is awesome and being able to get sushi and Chinese food is amazing! Thank you all as always!
