I can't attest to his computer skills because I didn't have any work done, but I am willing to give him another chance. First, the location is a home and not a shop, so that was a surprise upon arrival, and made me weary to proceed. I had contacted thw company prior to coming, and I asked could I come in same day, and was told yes, as long as it was in the next 2.5 hours. I arrived 1.5 hours later and was greeted by a possible roommate informing me that the gentlemen was not home, but I could leave my laptop, name and number, and he would call when it was ready. I wasn't comfortable doing that seeing how I had never laid eyes on the person that would be troubleshooting the laptop. I did decline to leave my laptop, and left thw home to call the gentlemen I originally spoke with back. He sold me he got tied up with work, and had to leave, but I could go back and drop it off. I wasn't willing to do that because the job should have been an easy fix, 5 min or less, and I needed to take the laptop to my daughter who was leaving for college that day. Both times I called, the gentlemen was polite, but we weren't able to do business this time. I gave 3 stars because I drove 25 minutes to get there, but wasn't serviced, and because this was not an office or building, but a home. If business is being done from home, that's fine, but that info should be shared prior to arrival. The other reviews are great, so I'm willing to give the business another try, which could increase my rating.

Phenomenal service and expertise. Fixed my laptop quickly after a quick phone call then a single visit. HIGHLY recommend to anyone in the area or is weary of who to bring your device to! This guy is well worth the trip

Zeev has helped me with a couple of different computer issues and upgrades that I have made to my system recently. He was knowledgeable and even made a couple of follow up home visits on the weekends to make sure everything was running smoothly. I would definitely recommend.

My PC abruptly stopped working on a holiday weekend. No one available to call. I found Dragon Computer on line and called on a Sunday morning at 8am expecting an answering machine.. surprised he answered and told us to bring it over. Was very professional and knowledgeable. Trouble shooted while we were there, ordered a new part and fixed in 3 days. After bringing it home, had issues still. We called and he made a house call that night. He spent almost 2 additional hours at our home investigating and fixed the problem. The home visit was not an additional cost. I would highly recommend him .. professional, knowledgeable, accountable and fair. Doesn’t get any better than that

Was able to switch out my CPU system from a water cooler to a fan CPU same day. Charged extremely fair price to replace it with me still buying the part. Even troubleshooting my CPU for free. Even let me come in his home and let me help replacing it teaching me a few things. I admire his passion for computers and appreciate his responsiveness so much! Any computer trouble, I will certainly be taking my issues back to this place.

Brought my laptop here 3 weeks ago. I should have never left my laptop when the owner tried to pirate a screen off of a totally different brand laptop. the owner said he would have it done when the parts come in in 3 days. I get that it could take more time for parts to come in but I was never called and told anything. I had to call him which he told me he could tell me more when he got home he would call me well no call so I went to get my laptop back and now it’s in pieces I would not recommend anyone to o bring anything electronic to this guy he’s very disrespectful and wants to argue back and forth like a child

-I called around to a few repair shops and decided to use Dragon Computer based on his response time, professionalism,​ and pricing. My laptop screen needed to be replaced and he was able to replace it overnight. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing computer repair!

There are not enough stars to tell you how awesome Zeev is!! I called him on a Sat. He was able to get all my files from my drying hard drive & I picked it up the next day on a Sunday night! He didn't charge me nearly enough for all the hours he spent on it & even taught me some nice shortcuts. Super smart guy, very hard worker and so nice (not enough positive words to say about this man). I'm so appreciative of all his hard work & would recommend him to anyone. Trust me, you won't be sorry!! Best phone call I've made all year!
