If I could give this establishment 0. Any review made for birthday parties is most certainly not an actual person. It’s definitely an employee who writes to make more stars. Don’t believe me check Yelp too they have 2 stars. I only came to WARN my fellow Chicago parents and other groups who want to book at this place of business. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Let’s start with Lanika Bragg who is sales and Event Manager is of zero help to you at all. This employee will rush you off the phone so fast before you can even get a question out. I booked my son’s 5th birthday party here and it was totally waste of money booking it here. We paid a 1000 for not only receiving all of our food. But a stranger was sleeping at a table while around kids were running and playing. Keep in mind I BOOKED a PRiVATE party for a 5 yr old, so just image the concern parents that I had coming to me regarding this issue. Our pizzas were burnt, so much you couldn’t even eat the crust I had to send back 4 pizzas so at some point I just F it. I just got a picture of what we could. It was just too much I couldn’t picture! Some of the glow sticks didn’t even glow so only half of my guest (kids) got sticks.Embarrassing ! We paid for a Sonic character for the party this character only stayed with our party less then 20mins the 1st time he/she came out 10mins to greet our guest. Our guest had been there for an hour before the character came out !So much time had passed I had to ask for this character to even come out. However next time it seen was to sing happy birthday. 20 mins is giving this person a lot of credit the time was mostly less !! The party was booked for 2 hrs. Oh wait I paid for an extra hour and didn’t even get that!! So basically what I paid 1000 for was burnt pizza that you couldn’t even eat the crust, pops, skating for 2 hrs, glow sticks that didn’t work, Sonic character for less then 20mins Total, a invited sleeping man and security that didn’t once tell this man to remove himself from the party place. I am waiting to hear back from corporate to make this right.
Smooth wood floor. Family friendly and you can still skate - the little ones with skate mates are kept in the middle. All skill levels. Love seeing the experts skate here.
Utterly ridiculous. Being in an impoverished neighborhood this establishment robs the poor. I paid 10 for admission . The cashier charged me for a credit card that I never used and the kicker was I was charged 1.08 tax for the admission which was 40.00 and an additional 4.10 tax for the skate rental which was only 12.00 . I’ll never visit this establishment again.

Life is precious, and time, as well as short,. Let's enjoy the pleasure of life🥂
My granddaughter loves this skating rink but they stop serving hot food after 3pm and that sucks .
Really solid investment in this community. A safe recreation space for all ages. The staff is professional. The facilities are well maintained, clean and first rate. Whether renting skates, borrowing a bowling ball or playing one of the video games, you will have a great time!!! Food selections are pretty good too. Typical party/ amusement concessions along with various vending machines.
Thank you so much for such a great experience. Very kid friendly! Clean and professional! Great food as well!
EAT BEFORE YOU GO...is my suggestion. It took an hour to get 2/3 orders of French fries from concessions stand. Had to get refunded for 3rd order because session was over. The staff were friendly and accommodating. However, I found out they don't have a fryer, they are using an oven for all food and that takes exceptionally long. Also, there's a spot on the skate floor that's not leveled and a tripping hazard. The music is VERY loud and not a variety. Honestly the kind staff saved the experience. But judging by the 2 stars on yelp and responses from management here not sure if constructive criticism is appreciated.

My son absolutely loves LifeTough Kids Boxing. He is in his second session, now in intermediates and we canât wait to see where the next level takes him. The coaches are absolutely incredible and the time and dedication they put towards the kids
In Chicago and stopped by this place. Grand opening for them. Wonderful people with a great spirit overall. Had a chance to dive into the whole thing of coffee coming from Ethiopia after meeting their African-American roaster of coffee. Lovely time -
I'm writing this review after taking a full year of classes at Vibez. Initially, I bought class packs and then signed up for the monthly membership (8 classes a month) once I knew it was a good fit. Over the course of 2023, I lost more than 20 pounds
Ive been coming to the Garage Gym heavy AF classes for 6 weeks now and absolutely love them! I was previously just doing one class a week and purchased the five pack, but I decided to move forward with a membership to start going multiple times a wee
I recently joined CrossFit Park Ridge and hands down, best choice Iâve made. Very warm and welcoming community. Workouts are challenging and never boring. And coaches are great! My only regret is not joining sooner. If youâre ready and serious a

This apartment was a great find for us. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of space to fit us all comfortably. Importantly for our group the kitchen is well equipped - there have been many places we've stayed where there aren't enough bowls an
I tell all my friends who visit Chicago, or move there to check out Fly Club. The instructors are top-tier and it's a privilege to have so much talent in one facility. The spaces are beautiful, and the community is very welcoming. Even if you're a gu
We love Cafe Calida so much. We came here our last two mornings of our trip and regretted not coming earlier. Great menu with delicious pastries. My husband got a mocha and I got a Chai latte and they were both so delicious. Our first morning we came
Pizza was great. I love this style of pizza. Itâs a great place for a low key date night. Prices were extremely reasonable, especially for the quality. It is a family run business, the family has 2 generations of pizza making experience. Itâs a s
