I’ve been a patient for five years now today 01/ 2024 I had a different experience. I’m guessing they have changed staffing. The staffing at the front desk were amazing ! But the staff in the back I felt wasn’t that professional .. anytime I have went into a doctors office after the nursing assistant has reviewed and asked me what my issues was. The door behind me gets closed for patients protection and privacy. This time my door was wide open. There was nursing assistance study, walking back-and-forth, staring at me, so I finally got up and I closed the door after i closed the door for my privacy. I heard the staff talking about how I close the door which I n my opinion shouldn’t been a problem but yet it was the doctor was on the phone. I heard him on the phone when I had the door open but yet when I close the door a few minutes after he got off the phone instead of coming straight to me, he walked to the next patient. I thought that was very unprofessional as well , I would not recommend you go to the doctors office

AMAZING! AMAZING! Dr. Hanna was very nice, he listened to me the whole time. The staff at the place are very friendly! The most important part is that Dr. Hanna gave me the perfect treatment that I need.

Saw this doctor for 8-10 sessions in a 3 mo span of time. I had some bloodwork and physical performed that seemed a little too quick for my liking. This doctor began me on BP meds at 25, and then halted me on metoprolol a drug that you are supposed to ween your way off of. I was having GI issues and the meds were switched. Amlodipine and diltiazem were also tried out. But he discontinued the metroprolol and switched me to a calcium blocker from a beta. I had what is medically known as a Beta blocker rebound phenomenon. My resting heart rate reached 180-200 and I had to call an ambulance. The 2 cardios I saw presented me with this info and asked why I was on metroprolol. He also had me on another drug that interacts with cannabis negatively. His MA asked me if I was still smoking so she had more of an idea than him I guess. And finally the Icing on the cake. In one of our last sessions after switching to Diltiazem he answered a phonecall mid appointment to discuss an addition on his house. I was sitting on this review for a while but needed to get it off my chest as I spent a night in the hospital due to this psysicians incompetence. Thank you. Sorry for the blunt honesty this was just my experience.

Wish I could say I enjoyed my visit but I never made it past the waiting room.staff is rude and mean. Was not told I had to change my insurance over before I came here. I walked right out. Had office manager stare at me the whole time. They need to tell patients they should take care of stuff before they come in. You have all lost a patient. Yet I'm sure you don't care

Dr. Hanna and the entire staff are amazing!! Dr. Hanna’s knowledge and bed side manner is impeccable. The girls are great, so friendly and warm. Everyone is fantastic!!!

I have been coming to Dr. Hanna for well over a decade. He is an outstanding doctor overall and has the best bedside manner. I recommend Dr. Hanna to many people and they always come back thank me. He is extremely professional and brilliant.

Best Dr! Super knowledgeable and they do all kinds of tests there in the office (Even ultrasound). Love this office, definitely recommend to anyone looking for a primary care provider.

Seriously one of the best doctors in the area. Very caring and he takes his time to explain everything!! Love him!! And his crew is amazing too!
