I was asked to give this company a review at the time I was hired, which of course, I did. After 4 years of working there, I resigned and I believe it's only fair to update my review. I was hired to do an administrative role of sorts. There was no clear outline because it was a new role, but it formed over time into something much different-based on the needs of the company. I accepted the challenge and took the initiative to do a great deal of learning. Over the course of my tremendous growth, I became more of a Systems Specialist. I still had many administrative tasks, but learned so much on the technical side, that my position turned into something very unique... but at the same time, almost a 'catchall' position. In addition to my administrative and technical duties, I had taken over several tasks from other people who had resigned. The intent was for those tasks to be taken temporarily, but typically, it was just added to my permanent workload because the President of the company would consistently say that I wasn't needed, or my position wasn't necessary for a reason that I'm not certain of. She didn't have a clear understanding of the work I was doing, so I'm not sure how she reached that conclusion. What I can tell you is that after working there for only a few months, I was in the weekly meeting for mostly managers andwe were all expressing different opinions on a topic. Mine was apparently wrong. I was screamed at and scolded like a child infront of everyone in the middle of the meeting. It was humiliating to say the least. After that, she seemed to have a tangible dislike for me. She would walk around to say hello or good morning to everyone except me. I would repeatedly be told that tasks were being assigned to me because she said I wasn't doing enough. My desk was moved 9 times. Whenever they would hire someone, I'd be booted to a different location. At all the company meetings, each department would try to acknowledge and reward hard work. I was never given any shoutouts for the insane amount of work I was doing on system migrations, during which, I worked until almost midnight very often. I would often go out of my way to help anywhere it was needed. I was never given a raise or pay increase, but my workload and list of duties were always increasing. I was overlooked for any promotions, simply because I felt I was disliked by the decision maker in those situations. For a President that is very much an advocate for women in the industry, I felt the majority of the women there were treated very poorly. At the company picnics or parties that are supposed to be a celebration for everyone, the women were expected to help clean up or take drink orders. Essentially, they became servers and busboys when they were supposed to be relaxing and enjoying as well. Many didn't even want to attend because they knew that their personal time would be turned in to working time. I'm giving 2 stars because they did employ me for 4 years, although most of which, I was concerned about being fired, but I'm still grateful for that. I was allowed to work remotely part of the week, which was lovely. I was told that in order to be considered for any promotion, I would need to come in 5 days a week and demonstrate my desire for it, but pretty much all of the employees worked a hybrid schedule after COVID. Even when I did go in several times a week, I was ignored or no one even knew where I sat anymore because it changed so often. I loved what I did and loved everyone I worked with, which I think is why I stayed so long. I miss the team but it was the best decision for me to leave for my own happiness.

DP Solutions has been our Managed Service Provider for a little over a year now and they have reviewed our entire IT infrastructure, made recommendations, installed equipment and ensured we were running in top shape. There have been a couple hiccups, but the management team was able to resolve issues and make sure we were satisfied. The service desk is extremely friendly and able to assist no matter what the technology knowledge the users may have.

DP Solutions has made our lives so much easier. Prior to working with DP, we had to go to an internal employee to take care of our IT problems. It was a nightmare (to put it mildly). By outsourcing our IT support to DP, we've been able to work more productively and efficiently. Their support staff is knowledgeable and friendly. For much less than hiring an IT employee, we now have an IT department! Highly highly recommend them!

DP Solutions is a terrific IT Support company. We are a 12 person office in downtown Baltimore. They help manage our IT environment, servers and users. They do a really good job of proactively staying on top of the latest updates, patches, security procedures that keep us protected and out of trouble. IT is not my expertise and they help me make decisions on the best direction for the organization and explain everything to me. These were completed with ease and very little stress on our end. We have many more projects to go, but knowing we have DPS, makes me excited to start these next phases. I am delighted to continue our partnership with such a reliable and experienced company that has a high focus on client satisfaction.
