Starts at 7:30am and goes till 2pm, every Sat. So many artisan crafters, there is something for everyone. From beautiful handmade jewelry, yummy breads, metal sculptures, lovely plants and everything you can imagine in-between! Also fruits and veggies will be coming... soon I hope
What a wonderful experience. All the people were nice and helpful. Had a lot more than fruit and vegetables. I liked better than several years back when I went. I would recommend going down and getting you some goodies.
Amish Pickled/Dilled Veggies, especially Okra and Sauerkraut great stuff! Got okra looking forward to Sauerkraut. Amish fresh made Ice Cream is right there too. Coffee and Iced Coffee booth and coffee/iced coffee at the Mushroom booth. Variety is interesting but some vendors are monthly or bimonthly not weekly.
Check out the monthly Doggie treats booth early it rocks and they sell out fast.
Very nice market on Saturday morning with food vendors, crafts, and vegetables. I was happy to see this busy with activity from a river boat in town.
Wide variety of fresh vegetables, baked breads and home canned vegetables, honey and houseplants.
This is an absolutely wonderful place to purchase an early morning muffin to snack on while shopping beautiful fruits and vegetables. Two weeks ago I bought my tomato plants that are growing like crazy in planters. The tomatoes are wonderful with good flavor as are the others fruit and vegs. Many tasty baked items too. Just a great start to the weekend.
Great place for fresh produce, wonderful findings of freah mushrooms, homemade breads, jams, jellies, local honey, artisan crafts, various meat and cheese products. A must go! Wonderful people!!
