I had a drink when they first opened and didn't care for it, but my wife convinced me to stop by and pick out my own drink.
Wow... Decor is full of energy and charm. the menu is massive and memorable but not very descriptive. The staff is just as pumped about what they are doing and good for recommendations.they have printout menus for those in line whose view of the top is blocked by the light fixture.
My wife had the Watermelon Thunder loaded tea. I hat watermelon, but she liked it.
I had the Coconut Blast, also a loaded tea. The tropical mix comes through a lot stronger (the energy blend comes through well) than the coconut background. Loved it.
Tasted like a non carbonated energy drink. I'm a big fan of the variety of flavors that canned drinks offer, but this customizable selection is awesome.
I probably won't be back for a bit (too busy to go places lately), but my wife/daughter are regulars now.
From wife and daughter's experiences, the afternoon staff seem to be much cheerier than the morning. So if that matters, grab a tea prior to closing for best service.
The shakes, teas, etc. at Downtown Nutrition are wonderful. The girls who work there are just the icing on the cake. Everyone is so sweet and welcoming. The owner is a good person and from a good family. This local small business is 100% worthy of your support. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Couldn’t live without my loaded teas from DTN! I also love the protein waffles. Leslie and her girls always go above and beyond. Not to mention this business is always finding ways to give back and be involved in our community. The best!

Leslie and her girls are SO AMAZING! They have become family. They are so good to me and my family. I visit them everyday, twice a day and I just cannot express how perfect they are! Their drinks, shakes, waffles, everything are SO AMAZING! They will customize your order for you, they are so unbelievably kind, words just aren't enough for how great they are! Going into downtown nutrition is the high light of our day, everyday! We love Leslie and her team so much!
I LOVE Downtown Nutrition. The owner and staff are like family. They always have a smile on their faces, and are always eager to help. They also give back to our community and are often the first ones to step up and bring awareness, or have an event, to support many local charities and those beyond our community. I can’t say enough good things about them!
The teas are the best and the atmosphere is so inviting. The owner and workers are always so nice and helpful! Smiles every time you walk in the door!! Glad we have an amazing place like this in our town.

This is a venue/church on Sunday. The atmosphere is very modern and classic in that it's set in a historical part of Paragould AR in the old Belk building and it's a great place to have small gatherings and a huge kitchen to furnish group rental need
Went yesterday with my family. It was very enjoyable. Took an ice chest and swam all day. Love that there are lifeguards. It was a great day. The play area was shaded enough for my little one to play and not get burned on the equipment like most play
