Downtown Inn - Motel in Eugene - 361 W 7th Ave, USA

We had a good stay. Very spacious and cozy hotel. The king-size bed was particularly comfortable with a great nights sleep. Henry and his wife were very friendly and accommodating. Good location close to food and drinks. You can tell Henry takes a lot of provide in his hotel. They've done a great job, thank you!

This hotel is perfect. If you appreciate attention to detail, you’ll be very comfortable here. They are so kind. The paint on the building is perfect. Our room was meticulously cleaned. The a/c worked great (heat wave). The bathtub is big. You park your car in front of your room. Really great.

The location was perfect! The room was very clean, but Henry, the owner, was the highlight of our stay! He's so nice and kind. A hands-on owner who truly cares and takes pride in his motel. We would definitely stay here again.

Positive: The property is maintained exceptionally well. It?s family owned and operated and they are very kind people. Negative: I would add a fence on the far side, and some shade trees. Maybe an awning.

Positive: The owner and staff were very accommodating with our needs as we were traveling with bikes on the rack. Gave us a larger room to store bikes inside. Negative: There was an unfortunate slight urine smell in the room which I associated to a previous patron that had pets inside the room. Downtown Eugene is a bit sketchy so there was some concern wandering from the hotel in the evenings but daytime was good.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is great and it was super easy to get around. The shower water pressure is really the only thing that wasn’t great.

This is my second time staying here. While it is an older, it is in grade a condition, well kept clean, and the owners are really nice people. I stay here whenever I come to Eugene.

Older place that has been well updated. Nice price point too. No coffee in room (or lobby) but Starbucks just around the corner. Bedspread was pilled and a little tired but otherwise good linens. Towels were very nice! Bottom line: it's not Holiday Inn Express but does the job at a nice price!
