Chelsee’s dance class was amazing! It was easily the best Zumba class I’ve ever taken. Rather than feeling like a fitness class, it felt like I was just shaking it with friends. It was a great mix of easy enough to follow and challenging enough to get a great workout. Love love loved it!

This is the cleanest and well maintained fitness center. The staff are nice and do a great job. Even the clients are very nice! I really like that the equipment is all lined up nice and mostly the same brand. There are enough treadmills. Great job Lesley! Miss you and will be rejoining asap.
Love this gym. Very hygienic. Equipment is relatively new and is in great condition. The atmosphere is inviting and friendly. Many options available for classes and personal instruction.
We joined this fitness club last week and have used their facilities and claases. We plan to use the personal trainer today to see about customized workout routines for both of our needs. Equipment is in good shape, clean and well maintained. Yoga studio is roomy and the instructor is quite good. I tried the Silver Blast fitness and decided that is for when I am in better shape. Everyone is masked for Covid, so there is awareness amongst the patrons to be safe. I will review again after time with the personal trainer.

Love this place. Lesley, the owner, goes above and beyond running DHF and it shows. Her staff is absolutely wonderful. The gym's cleanliness is amazing. Won't go anywhere else.
The owners and stall are great. Very encouraging. I stopped and gained weight. I am going back. It keeps my head in the right place about eating.
