Really enjoyed riding around on the golf cart and super nice people who run the buisness, but I gave a three star only because I really think charging someone a extra $75.00 dollars if you go out of the boundaries is a bit to much..We thought as long as we didn't go pass any railroad tracks we would be good but apparently not and we ended up being charged a extra $75.00 dollars. I think a more reasonable charge of 15 or 20 wouldn't be so bad but $75.00 I think is a bit to much. But live and learn. Will definitely rent and ride again but be extra careful not to get out of the boundaries. I would like to also add that it's said boundaries are put in place due to police saying where the golf carts aren't allowed to be driven but their was so many people driving their golf carts in every area we were in so that can be confusing also to where their boundaries would be off limit. This purchase was made on my Friends card and I just paid her cash for my half so the phone call was made to her. I also understand that maps were giving and shown but not being from there and with a big event going on it can make things all more confusing. The reason her card wasn't charged for the $75 fee is because she didn't have enough left on it, but was told when the funds come available that it will automatically come on out.. I totally understand about boundaries and buisness but I rented with confidence "thinking" I couldn't go out of boundaries as long as I didn't cross any railroad tracks. (In which we didn't) But it also seems to have been many other's who went out of the boundaries that day, because I asked if anyone else has gone out of the boundaries and was told "Oh Numerous people have today" I might also add that we turned our golf cart in early then we was suppose to for the fear of going out of the boundaries again. (We definitely couldn't afford a third fee) But again nothing bad about your business but only speaking about the $75 fee which is another 4 hour rental that I think is a little to much to charge for going out of boundaries... It was just difficult for us and assuming the many other people who got charged a fee that day on going out of the boundaries. Maybe we will have better luck when their isn't a big event going on. We needed to rent 2, 6 seater golf carts for 2 couples who came to town to visit, during the Art Show weekend on Saturday. Spoke to Hope, who set us up through the easy online process. Had a wonderful day, eating, exploring & going to the beach! Will definitely be a regular customer!!!

This experience was LIFE-CHANGING!!! I’ve always wanted to drive a golf cart, so when I heard about this opportunity, I had to take advantage. It was a perfect fall day with beautiful, blue, clear skies. I took so much joy in riding around the city, looking at the beautiful homes, and taking in the serene water views. We made several stops to explore, and even parked for a while, when we took in lunch. I look forward to going back to Ocean Springs to share this adventure with my mother! Thank you, Kyle!! We have had a family trip in Downtown Ocean Springs for the past few years, but this year was the first to get a golf cart! It was a big hit with kids and adults alike, and we loved being able to explore downtown and the beach. The employees were very communicative and helpful, and we got a discounting for renting for a whole week and got Thanksgiving free! We are already looking forward to our next trip!

This is our second trip to Ocean Springs in 2 months but the first time to rent a golf cart. The experience was awesome. The lady that helped me is a valuable asset to your place of business. She even called the morning our rental was scheduled and delivered the cart to our airbnb. Our dog Izzy really enjoyed the ride as well. I can't say enough good things about my experience Erin. We were in town for a long weekend and decided to rent a cart for shopping and lunch. It was perfect. The young woman who helped us was so friendly and professional. It wax an efficient process and she explained the guidelines to us quickly and we were on our way. I think that’s the best way to see downtown Ocean Springs and this gem of a business added to our experience. We have already booked plans for a return trip in November. They have customer service down at downtown carts and they represent Ocean Springs well.

My family and I visited Ocean Springs for vacation and decided to rent a 6 person cart for 4 hours. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The atmosphere and vibes were great. We had such a blast that we rented another cart a couple of days later. You can bop around downtown shopping and eating, or you can drive straight to the beach for a swim. This joint is awesome.

Loved having a “Gulf Cart” to explore the town of Ocean Springs, MS, visiting shops, restaurants, and getting close-up and personal w/those Crusin’ the Coast, in their unique and beautiful automobiles. TRUELY a trip to remember. Thxs for easy and smooth transaction. Recommend it! Erling
