Friendly and kind staff at the front desk, as well as caring and patient techs. I’m claustrophobic and the two gentlemen made sure to give me time to settle in, as they explained everything to me and insured that if I felt uncomfortable at any point, they would stop the exam. I had a moment where I called them into the room, they gave me time to relax and try again. Top tier customer service and bed side manner. I highly recommend this facility.

The staff & technicians are very professional & have always attended us in a timely courteous manner. They have been very patient & helpful before, during & after both my father’s & son’s procedures. They make you feel welcome & safe. Thank you all for the great service!

I went in at around 8:30 for an x-ray on my hands as a walk in. My wait time was about maybe 10min and even inside it was very quick. The gentlemen with the X-rays does a wonderful job very kind spirited and I enjoyed chatting it up while the X-rays were getting done. Great customer service on his end. I do recommend.

The service was fast, I thought it was gonna be a lot longer than it was. The young lady at the front desk who helped me was very nice understanding and helpful. I can’t remember her name, but she has nice tatts on her arms 🧡

I had an appointment at 10:00am to be told it had been changed to 11:45am. I tried to explain that wasn't possible because I already had an existing appointment at 11:45am with Dr. Eberly. The receptionist wasn't friendly, not nice, rude, very cool attitude and didn't listen to me at all. I was promised that when I came back at 1145am, I wouldn't have to wait. Guess what, I was still waiting at 12:20pm. I had to go up twice before I got in. I had the same receptionist and she never apologized once to me. We traveled out of state to get here. We actually had to fly to get here. Having your first appointment of the day messed up when you have appointments all day long for pre-op surgery isn't the way to start your day. I hope someone talks to her about how to treat patients and how to have empathy, be friendly, cheerful, helpful in listening to what the patient is trying to explain to them. I wasn't wrong about my 10:00am appointment. They screwed up and treated me poorly!!!

Great friendly service. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a big smile. Even though the place seems packed. It doesn’t take too long to get called. The Radiologist / XRays technician was very friendly understood the situation and the many requests on the list…Was very helpful and compassionate. Overall, a great experience. Well part of the reason for reading it so high is that my timing was perfect and there was no line when I got there but there was a giant one when I left but the person at the front desk was very nice and my x-ray technician was just as nice so I would definitely Recommend getting your imaging done here !

Everyone was so nice, especially the X-Ray Tech. I needed several x-rays and he talked me right through them, which was comforting. He had a wonderful attitude and laugh. Nice, bright and clean, lots of seating.
