Rooms are spacious, very nice as well. The grounds themselves are pretty immaculate. It's well maintained, plenty to keep you occupied for those moments you're at the hotel on your trip. 2 pools, clean, nicely done. The lighting is also very nice, sets an excellent ambiance for the evening and night. The staff we've encountered on our trip have been excellent. Checking in, we both commented that maybe the most polite concierge we've encountered, breakfast staff took excellent care of us, and it's nice to be in a place where the staff is also happy to be there. Really well done, our only disappointment is that we stayed in downtown Pheonix the first 6 days of our trip, instead of here for the entire time. Very nice resort, excellent value for the cost.

Absolutely loved my stay here both times. The front desk staff member Sal helped me both times for a super late check in, and he was so kind!! I really appreciate good customer service, and every single front desk agent was wonderful - Kailyn was a sweetheart. The rooms (I stayed in two different ones) were both very clean, with comfortable beds. The resort has lots of great amenities. I see lots of notes about outdated rooms, I didn't find that it was an issue in either of my rooms, they were bright, airy and I was very happy with my stay both times. Thank you, and if I'm ever in Scottsdale again - this is where I will be staying! Sal is a gem, he made me smile when I was having a very rough night - I really, really appreciate it.

I highly recommend this hotel/resort. The grounds/facility are very pretty with two large pools, a very good gym, tennis courts, basketball hoop, etc. The cantina has great food at a very reasonable price. The location is very close to several wonderful restaurants as well as Talking Stick Casino. But the highlight for me was the wonderful service of the reception team. They all very knowledgeable, professional and just plain nice! Special shout out to Kalyn and Abby who provided above and beyond service when I was checking in and when I was extending my stay. Also, they are not stingy with the warm, delicious chocolate chip cookies, either!!

The hotel room was large and clean. It is an older hotel so that shows in some aspects. The grounds are lovely, landscaped with lots of native plants. We stayed in a patio room right next to the pool and hot tub areas. For some reason, we felt secure leaving the room one night for the hot tub without locking the sliding glass door. Do NOT do this. My husbands wallet was stolen from the room. Local PD indicated that this is a very 'busy' resort for them, so please just beware that there is a possibility of petty crime occurring. Management didn't seem to sympathetic to the situation - so, just be vigilant and lock all doors, use the in room safe etc. because there are people watching your rooms for opportunities to present themselves.

Large venue for meetings, inside and out. Hotel buffet is yummy especially the sausage and staff is WONDERFUL. My steak for the meeting dinner was over cooked and broccolini was under cooked, but it was generally good. Rooms weren't amazing.

A huge resort with lots of amenities rooms are really outdated. I was not expecting this from a four star hotel especially not a Doubletree standard. However, the bends are really comfortable. Bathroom was completely out of place. Staff is super friendly. They accommodated us with welcome gave us cookies water bottles And area map with some great dining options. It is located close to the big mall, hotel offers free shuttle around the city up to 10 PM which is a great. Overall, it is good place just for the location. I would like to give a big shout out to Veronica, who was our receptionist host. Thank you for the warm welcome.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable. I loved having a patio so we could soak up the winter AZ sun. The landscaping was stunning. Breakfast at the restaurant was very good. We were disappointed that the hotel closed the market at noon every day. That seemed odd to me.
