Josie did amazing for our set normally we have to change a bunch of things. We didn't need to change anything. We needed a light removed and got someone there quick to help out. The room was great. Clean and bright. I have done several other ballrooms and this has been the best.
Service wasn't very good. I went to check in and was ignored by reception for 15 min while she was on the phone. I understand that she was busy, but she could have acknowledged I was there.
I wanted to pay cash and told her this repeatedly. Upon check out, the morning receptionist checked me out before I got there. I told her I was paying in cash and that the girl said she would make a note. She said there wasn't and that she checked me out already. Then said I'm sorry, I should have waited. Well, the money won't be returned to your account until Wednesday. What do you want to do? I wasn't happy about that.
The room was wonderful. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.
The lobby was really nice and we had high hopes for our room. However things fell short there. The bathroom needed a better cleaning. There were dark curly hairs everywhere both on the floor and in the shower. The water pressure was lacking. The side table in the bedroom had something crusted on it with hair stuck there as well. Parking was free so that was nice as well but probably wouldn’t stay again after this experience.
Clean room. Wonderful staff. Breakfast options were extensive and high quality (though not free). The bar was great. Plenty of space to socialize with colleagues after a long day at work. Located east of downtown Lafayette right near the highway. Very convenient.
Our stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Lafayette East was exceptional. From the warm cookie welcome to our seamless check-out experience, everything was top-notch. Our room was spotless, modern, and cozy, and the pool and hot tub areas were pristine, complete with an abundance of fresh towels. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!
This is not the first time we have stayed here...nor will it be the last. We keep coming back to this hotel whenever we venture out on a trip because we know it will be our favorite hotel! The staff here are wonderful and so pleasant. The rooms are clean, up to date, and ladies..there is even a separate wall-attached makeup mirror in the bathroom!!!! You don't see that too often. The beds were quite comfortable, there is plenty of countertop space and there is even an extra table and chair for working on your laptop which was perfect. We wish all hotels had the amenities this one has, and we will definitely be returning on further journeys!
We are locals, and I went there for dinner with my husband after finding it on Google. The burger and ribeye sandwich were cooked to perfection. Delicious! The prices were reasonable for the quality. Brandon gave us great service. We will definitely be back. Thank you DoubleTree!
I had a nice stay here. The service was friendly, and the room was nice & clean. I had an allergic reaction after taking a shower. I'm not sure if it was the shower gel or the laundry detergent on the bath towels, so if you have sensitive skin, bring your own body wash & towel. My husband didn't have a reaction so not the hotel's fault, just a heads up!

One of the best coffee shops in town in my opinion. The staffs are extremely friendly and kind! The decoration was full of vibes. The foods are decent. You will feel you are away from chaos by sipping a cup of coffee.

My daughter and I enjoy this place so much. When we go to Lafayette, we make sure we stop here. The service is always friendly. You can either get to go or they'll bring a tray out to eat in your car. The food is decently priced and always delicious!
