If I could give six stars, I would. Best property in the area by far. I am a regular and the staff knows me and spoils me, but everyone gets that service. Rooms/Beds are very comfortable, lobby and bar/restaurant spacious and inviting. Robes, Slippers? No problem. Outstanding breakfast buffet. But it still comes back to the best-in-class staff. The best.

At first I liked the hotel and location, but had two BIG issues. The first is that one night my girlfriend walked into the bathroom and flipped on the light and spotted a small cockroach. Unfortunately if there are small cockroaches there are big ones and if there is one there are many :( Secondly, we left a pair of gold earrings on the bathroom sink and when we returned in the afternoon they were missing. The hotel to this day is refusing to do anything about this issue. We had read previous reviews about stolen AirPods at this location, but didn’t pay much attention. For anyone else thinking about booking, definitely watch out for your belongings!

My hotel stay experience has was more than 5 stars. Every staff member has been kind and courteous. Alex Vasquez who works the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating. The hotel buffet breakfast is SO GOOD! I definitely recommend staying here!

Unpleasant experience for two nights. Stayed in the larger twin queen bed room. Room was next to elevator and it sounded like a motorcycle everytime the elevator moved. The lobby snack area looks unkempt and unattended. Don't stay in a room that ends in 01. No daily housekeeping even if you request it. Not worth the $300 plus a night. Management is uninterested in making guests happy or taking their concerns seriously. They offered me an equivalent of $20 in points to make up for their inadequate service and room standards. Also double check your bill before leaving the property.

Clean hotel with friendly staff! Free parking to top though the slots were a bit tight! Even after a long day of sightseeing, there was always a spot. There are also tons of restaurants nearby. Breakfast buffet was hearty and the omelette / waffle counter was a bonus. The pool area was also nice and clean. Access to the 210 made it a perfect location to drive to Angeles national park and also DTLA. Our room had a nice view of the hills. If there was one thing that could be better, it would be housekeeping- they seemed to be overworked and service is only on demand. It should be everyday considering that this is a Hilton and not a motel6!!

I stay here at this location often. One it is located near the freeway 210. Lots of places to walk to eat a couple of shopping centers close by. Most of all I have made some good friends here. Thomas, Lisa, and Elise. Thank you guys for all the very warm welcomes as I arrive each and every time. I did have very small issue the last time I visited, I had asked the desk, the very early .or I g person, to have my towels changed out of my room due to a bunch of water that found it way out of my shower door while I was showering. As to my surprise when I returned for the evening this small task was not completed. Very sad to see it was this way!

The hotel has an excellent location and is pretty well maintained. We went through the famous hurriquake there, and the quake was pretty evident, but nothing stopped working or became broken. However, the best part of this hotel is people. ||Caprice Q. became our angel for those 4 days - early check-in after exhausting long flight, a room with fantastic mountain view, famous cookies, water, answers to my stupid questions, advice and much more - all with amazing sense of humor and patience.||Bilingual breakfast team was fantastic as well. True team based customer service aiming the best for the guests. My colleague and I were really late for breakfast one morning but they did accommodate us without any problem. [it's not an encouragement to repeat]||Massive thank you to all these people as well as others at the reception and housekeeping for the pleasant stay and memories. All the best to the crew!

Very nice appearance and cleanliness overall. Very nice staff. The shower temperature would sometimes fluctuate, and the automatic lights in the bathroom would sometimes turn off while you're in the shower. Very nice wifi, was able to make a conference video call on basic guest wifi without any difficulty. The bed was very firm-- too firm for me
