We used to stay at this hotel frequently, but went back recently after a long break. We were pleased to see that it has been kept to the same high standards as in the past. Check-in was quick. The room was quiet and spacious; it included a refrigerator and coffee maker. Everything was clean and fresh. The bathroom has a long counter. I missed having a nightlight and a magnifying mirror, and I do not like the large, shared containers of hand lotion, shampoo, and body wash that are being used now. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant. We had wonderful service in the hotel restaurant, both for dinner and breakfast. Our server, Eunice, couldn't have been better. The food was good and attractively presented at a fair price. When we're in the area again, this is definitely where we will stay.
This hotel is in a great location!!! You don’t feel like you are in LA, at all, because not in a very busy area and plenty of parking space etc. It’s next to citadel outlets which is very convenient. I love that there are numerous palm trees and plants. I absolutely love the fitness area and that the bathroom is large and it has lockers. It’s one of the best fitness centers I’ve seen in hotel. They have a very nice pool and patio area. There are vending and ice machines on each floor. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here in LA. This is the place to be!!!
Decided to beat the heat with a one night staycation| Chose the Commerce Doubletree and will definitely do it again| The beds were very comfortable and the staff was great. Brought my grandson to swim and we has a blast. Only wish the restaurant was open on Sundays. My biggest compliment goes to Montse, the girl at the front desk She was warm and helpful. Made it a beautiful way to enjoy a summer break
I just had the best experience ever at the hotel. I've been all over, but I've never met friendlier staff than Jennifer M and Rose L at the front desk. Their warm welcome and helpfulness made my stay truly memorable. From the moment I walked in, I felt like a valued guest. Thank you for the amazing customer service!
Always a great stay at the Doubletree! Rose at the front desk gets me checked in quick to a clean and stocked room. The lounge has a good variety of food and drinks to end my day with. Many of the rooms have been refreshed recently so the beds are comfy and give a good nights sleep.
The environment is really nice around here. The front desk, Deys, was really polite and friendly, trying her best to solve our problem. We felt really comfortable staying here, I would definitely recommend this hotel to my other friends in the future.
Outstanding service by Deysi at the front desk. She was knowledgeable efficient and very lovely. Made the entire experience both welcoming and seamless. Overall best customer service 10/10. The room was clean and bed and pillows are some of the best.
The service from Daisy j was just completely amazing and attentive. She was trained well and represented hilton just superb. I would recommend this hotel based on her treatment of my current stay. Her and her counter part who worked on today afternoon August 18th. I just forget her name.
