Hard to get into hotel check in area.|Hard to get luggage cart|Happy hour is 4-5, beer and wine only. Trip Advisor says 4-6.|Room was tired. Sink clogged, no refrigerator, no shower gel and needs a deep clean.|Housekeeping line always busy. Front desk didn’t answer.|Cookies and water at check is nice. The view was great and bed comfortable. Price is better than the Marriott,but…?

The hotel was extremely accommodating and helpful. Shout out to Yolanda at the front desk. She went beyond. The hotel is nice and the service was great. The balcony king rooms are awesome. Great view over the river and a walk away from good food.

Checked into this hotel after a long hot day. Hotel was full but requested a king room which was unavailable according to reservations. After some checking, Leo and Yolanda found me one and were so kind. Received a goody bag with water and a cookie which was delicious. The room was clean and well appointed with a coffee maker and a big soft bed. I I will definitely be coming back to enjoy this beautiful hotel. Thanks again Leo and Yolanda!

This is a wonderful hotel. I had a blast staying at the Doubletree recently. I was greeted and helped by Leo and he was phenomenal. He was very busy when I arrived as there was a line of people but he handled it like a pro. He followed up with me to ensure everything was fine with my stay and he was cool to talk with, as well. There is a parking garage so be sure to take your ticket to the front desk staff prior to check-in. There's a cool lobby bar and lots of amenities on-site. The hotel is a little older but it's in a great location in downtown Little Rock. It overlooks the river and there are balcony rooms to give you an added attraction for your stay. There are nearby bars and restaurants within walking distance and the staff is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the downtown area. Leo is the man and I hope to return again soon. Thank you and best of luck.

Great Time! Front desk staffers, Ms. Stella and Ms. Yolanda, offered great customer service and genuine concern. They are knowledgeable and have great people-skills. When I was in need, these 2 teamed up to assist me and helped me accomplish my task. Also, my husband noticed the slow drain in a sink. He reported to Front Desk as we went for dinner. When we returned, it was reported to us the sink was fixed. And, it was! Thank you for being so accommodating and pleasant! Breakfast was great, also!

Great place to stay. Right next to the river. Staff were all great. Could use some renovation work but nothing different than any other place in this city. ||||Hotel is right at the forefront of beautiful downtown area and the very first hotel you see on the block.

I wanted to recognize Yolanda at the front desk-let’s just say she’s been my Little Rock guardian angel! ||I travel a lot for work and do my best to stay under the radar, but not this trip. Let’s just say I’ve been extremely needy and every night Yolanda’s been there. ||Yolanda-Big thanks to you your team for taking such great care of me. I’ve been all over the place and you’ve been patient and understanding. You’ve literally shielded me from myself and helped me stay grounded. ||Please recognize this extraordinary woman and the rest of the staff for an incredible stay.

The staff was really nice but the hotel needs updates! The credit card machine was broken, the room keys didn’t work for several hours and staff had to take us up to our room, the a/c went out, the carpet had stains, the breakfast was worse than what is usually free at hotels, the pool needs updates and the rooms had popcorn ceilings and looked like they hadn’t been updated in years. The location is great but I would recommend looking elsewhere if you are wanting a nice experience.
