Somewhat dated, but rooms are kept spotlessly clean. Housekeeping came through every day of my stay without fail. Front desk staff is on top of their game. Very conveniently located in town. Would definitely stay here again if I'm in Jefferson City for work.

The Jefferson City DoubleTree is an outstanding hotel. The food and drinks are always great in the top floor bar and grille with great views of the capital. Truly a great menu with excellent service. Liz and the rest of the front desk team always exceed our expectations for hotel service. We stay there often and every stay is a pleasant experience, always feels like a home away from home. Thank you to all the staff, but an extra thanks to all working the front desk!

I enjoyed this stay. It could have been better, but it was still pleasant. We checked in with the staff and they weren’t in the best mood, but hey, I get it. We went up to our room and it was very clean. It looked like it was recently remodeled. We had high end tvs. After a while, we went to check out the pool. I stepped in and it was surprisingly warm, like hot tub temperature. It’s large, 5ft deep, and has a waterfall. I went over to the hot tub and it was FREEZING!!! Colder than the actual pool! They also only gave us hand towels to dry off with though. I went back up to my room to shower and sleep. The next day, there was supposed to be a breakfast, but nowhere to be found??? I traveled the city for a bit and came back to swim. This time the hot tub was so hot you couldn’t stand being in it for more than 3 seconds. The rooms are nice, it has a wonderful view, and is overall pretty nice except for the things I mentioned.

I have never experienced customer service any where else like I did at the Double Tree! From the time I walked in the door until the time I checked out I was greeted. The staff here go above and beyond to make your stay the best. The front desk was extremely helpful with directions and any questions I had. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job, not just in my room but I didn't see anything that was dirty. I am a former hotel manager and am extremely picky and was very impressed with the cleanliness of the whole property. The restaurant workers were very friendly and made sure my order and coffee was exactly the way I wanted. I was so impressed at the over all treatment from all the staff and the owner should be proud to have such caring employees. I would recommend Double Tree to anyone and I want to say Thank You ALL!!

I typically stay at this hotel because of proximity to the Capitol. However this week i was especially frustrated. I was only there one night. I left my chargers accidentally in the room. I called the hotel the same day I checked out and the front desk asked me to call the next day. I called, someone went up to the room and said it was not there. Whoever cleaned the room or was there after me obviously believed “finders keepers”. There were three chargers and a small battery charger. Really, really disappointed.

Hands down one of the best hotels I've been to. Will stay here everytime I'm visiting the area from now on! The staff was very nice & accommodating. Check in was super simple & quick. The rooms were clean & comfy. Parking lot was a little small & I didn't see a parking garage for it but I had no problem parking nor did others during my stay. There were even empty spots still at 8pm. Parking lot is one way in, one way out so keep this in mind when planning your stay. This is one of the quietest stays I've had and I'm very pleased with everything. Be sure to check out the Sapphire Lounge on the Penthouse floor. The view is incredible & breakfast was delicious!! They have $8 mimosas 😋

Nice hotel in downtown - we had views of the capitol & river from our room. Friendly and attentive staff. OK restaurant. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Relatively short drive to Columbia and UM.
