I have stayed at this hotel many times as a Hilton Diamond member. I can honestly say I will never stay at this property again after my last stay with most of the reason being the inept management and how they handled the situation. I stayed when they had a kids soccer team at the hotel. The place was a complete mad house with all the parents at the bar getting loaded and the kids running amuck throughout the hotel. I literally had to step over kids in the hallway to get to my room. I hate to be a party pooper but enough was enough. I called down to the front desk 3 times for them to come get the noisy kids out of the hallway corridor, nothing happened. The next day after returning home I called the hotel and explained my dissatisfaction with the stay. They agreed the hotel was a complete circus the night before and offered to give me some Hilton Honor points. I was okay with this and willing to call it a truce. A week later I called back to check in on the points. I was then told, we are not going to give you any points because we gave you an upgraded room. What good is an upgraded room if you can't enjoy it. I'm also a Diamond member so you should give me an upgraded room if available. I have tried to be cool with the management but didn't appreciate being told to shut up by the owner’s assistant and them reneging on what they said they would do. This hotel is old, smelly, antiquated and poorly managed. One of the biggest problems is that it's in a VERY SEEDY neighborhood with lots of homeless, drugs and theft. You don't want to go outside after sunset or you're asking for it. I've witnessed homeless people sleeping on the property from my room. See photo. There is another real DoubleTree in Westminster about 5 miles away and a new Hilton Garden Inn 2 exits North on I 25 from this want to be Double Tree.

Very nice, comfortable and clean. I was very pleased with the rooms. The staff is extremely friendly and will go out of their way for you. Not overly impressed with the breakfast for the price - but we did have a daily credit applied for being diamond members. I would definitely stay here again.

our visit was a mixed experience but overall the ladies at the desk is what made my time their unpleasant. I had to make two separate security deposit to cover each of the days...OK, but I had to also reconfirm my stay and reauthorize my room card the next day as well (seems to be a technical issue with their "system") When I re-registered my second day I was then told I had to make an additional security deposit which made no sense since two $50 deposits were made and I showed her on my statement it was already pending. That didn't matter and I had to make another deposit. I had no choice so I gave her my card and to find out she put in another $100 security deposit. The worst part is that the hotel charged me another $30 room rate and when asked the lady at the desk could not explain what this is and why (by the way points were utilized to pay for two days). I requested an explanation of how room rate charges are made on free rooms where the points were utilized and again she didn't have an answer but told me I had to pay this and this was not in her control. I asked if there was someone I can contact for clarification and all she said you will have to wait for management to arrive ( I had to leave by 830am and management would not be in till 11am or later). During this interaction she was extremely sarcastic and rude and she didn't care what so ever. No solutions or options to resolve other then " you'll have to wait till when management arrives". I don't care how nice a hotel is or is not, the staff will make or break your experience and the ladies at the front totally ruined my stay.

Stayed here for a night and it was wonderful. The lobby and rooms smelled nice. Was greeted with water and warm cookies at the front desk. Hotel staff were very kind and our room was very clean. My husband and I ate the breakfast buffett the next day and we really like it. Would stay again.

Rooms were cozy and clean. All of the people at the front desk were nice, but one gal (Arlene) was snooty, didn't smile, and had no personality whatsoever. In her line of work, everything matters with how she represents herself and the business that employees her. When you are happy and smile, you don't even have to say please and thank you. It is implied! And since I dictate where my business partners and myself stay when traveling, I will NOT book rooms at a DoubleTree ever again. It takes only one individual to create a negative impression that impacts an entire corporation. Just be kind to people!

Had to stay here last minute one evening. Was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, rooms, and most of all the service. Joe at the front desk left a deep impression on me, both with some words of wisdom when I had my morning coffee the next morning, and also with his genuine kindness.

Overall the main lobby was very nice. Staff seemed very nice. The rooms were very plain and did not have a lot of accommodations. The mini fridge was barely even cool and the soaps and lotions were in containers attached to the walls. Very cheap and just Ewww. There is no complimentary breakfast and they charge $20 for a simple omelet. Definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and wouldn't stay here again. There are a lot of better hotels out there. This is barely a step above a homeless persons hotel.

This hotel is a good choice for a stay. The cleanliness throughout the property was impressive, and the king room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that the breakfast was not served as a buffet. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, and the quality of the room and the hotel's cleanliness made for a pleasant stay.
