Front desk staff Kalen and Irina were amazing. The warm smiles, friendly demeanor, and willingness to assist with any request truly made a positive impression. Whether it was helping with directions, recommending local attractions, or simply making sure all my needs were met, your professionalism and genuine hospitality did not go unnoticed.||||Staying at your hotel was a pleasure, largely due to the excellent customer service provided by the front desk staff. I want to thank each of you for your kindness and for making my stay a memorable one. I will certainly recommend your hotel to others and look forward to visiting again in the future.

*The lights in the parking lot were all out. *The lobby smelled heavily of chlorine when we arrived, but it was clean. *The desk clerk was tired but polite, helpful, and accommodating. *The carpet in the hallways was old and the route was uneven and long. *The door to the room had no accommodations for staying open for wheelchair access. *The room was clean. *The towels were not so clean with hair and stains. *There was also a short shower chair. *The king bed was comfortable. *The air conditioner was nice and cool. *Everything in the room worked. *They charge for self-serve surface handicap parking, which is unusual. It was $40 less expensive for the room than other hotels in the area for the night.

The rooms were nice and roomy and very inviting. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were nice and fluffy. The front desk clerk Brian was very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely return. The location was perfect and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely spread the word to my friends and family.

Kaylen Lions was so helpful and amazing, he made the process of getting booked into my family’s room ! Rooms were very nice clean and shower was wonderful!! They also have an amazing indoor pool and a hot tub I feel that was the best experience!! They have an open bar which is amazing !

Hi, I stayed at this hotel June 3rd, 2024. When booking, it looked like a great hotel with great reviews. When arriving, the lobby area is fine and the front desk was helpful, then it took a downhill from there. When we got to the room, although newly renovated it was in Poor condition. The door wasn’t aligned and would prop open if you did not lift up and pull extremely hard. The bathroom door was the same way. The elevators were extremely slow/out of service Also, beware the front desk gives out Free Starbucks coupon in exchange for showing them a 5 star review, so maybe don’t believe all of the reviews. The next evening I received a charge for $10 to my card from this hotel. It took me 3 days including calling multiple times per day, corporate and the front desk, to get in touch with someone, all to find out I was charged for bottles of water in the room that I did not drink. Overall, it does not live up to how it appears online, and I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel, largely thanks to the outstanding front desk service provided by Kalen Lyons. From the moment I arrived, Kalen’s professionalism and genuine warmth made a lasting impression. He went above and beyond to ensure we were always feeling welcomed and that we could come to him for anything we may need. Kalen’s dedication to guest satisfaction truly set this hotel apart. Highly recommend both the hotel and Kalen for an unforgettable experience!

Stayed two nights and received excellent customer service. I dealt with 5 different front desk workers and ALL were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was nice and did have a faulty door which wasn’t a big deal just noisy. No fan in the bathroom but again not a huge deal. Good location right off the interstate to get places. Location wasn’t sketchy. Overall very satisfied with my stay.

We stayed here in August 24. It’s a great location in Fortworth with parking outside which is charged at $15 per day. They have a gym, pool and Starbucks inside. The rooms are big and clean, but a little noisy from the main road. I’d advise staying not on the main road side of the hotel. Antonio and Irina are very helpful on reception.
