DoubleTree by Hilton Dothan - Featured Reviews (623)
It’s a nice hotel with a decent restaurant. It used to be my first choice in Dothan. However, the last few times I’ve stayed there has been a foul, sewer gas odor throughout the hotel that’s unfortunately also in the rooms. I’d rather stay in a hotel without the odor. I hope they can fix the issue.
Review:||⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐||||I recently had a mixed experience at the DoubleTree Hilton in Dothan, AL. Initially, I faced disappointment when attempting to check in for a three-night stay; I was informed that due to a conference, the hotel could not commit to a room for me as a member. This led to an early start at 6 AM as I packed up and left.||||After working my territory for the day, I decided to drop by the hotel to check on room availability. To my pleasant surprise, MiKayla at the front desk not only found me a room, but she also offered one that was preferable to my previous accommodation. Her assistance didn't stop there; she went above and beyond by uncovering special rates for unique employees and vendors servicing the area.||||MiKayla's exceptional service turned my experience around, and I cannot thank her enough for her efforts. I will definitely be back next week to stay at the DoubleTree Hilton Dothan. Many thanks to MiKayla and the team for their dedication and hospitality!||||Looking forward to my next visit.
First off the front desk persons working were great and couldn’t ask for more of a welcoming crew.
I have stayed at a lot of hiltons and this one was the worst. The smell in the hallways and rooms were terrible, the pool was amazing only if it was cleaned and wasp nests were taken care of around the pool cracks and hot tubs cracks, lastly the walls were so paper thin you could hear everything from the other room and we all were kept awake till 1am waiting on our neighbor to finally go to sleep.
Me and my fiancé had a great experience with this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and so accommodating. I will definitely be staying here again and recommending to all of my friends and family!
I should have written this review back in April when I had came to visit this Double Tree by Hilton. I would like to say that the general manager Joe was so accommodating and helped us get checked in early, as I was there for a concert. You see my friend was to hang out while I visited a sick uncle as well before taking her to a concert for her birthday. His compassion brought me to tears by getting us settled in. Thank you Joe for a wonderful one night stay! I will come back for sure!
Front desk always vacant. Must yell to get someone. Then their attitude is crappy. Like your bothering them. Did not get my breakfast. Server was new but told me the cook left. There used to be body wash in the shower. The spot where it hung is there. Shampoo was there. This hotel is fairly new and very nice. Cost me $250.00 a night. Too bad the management and workers had a big fail.
Clean, quiet, comfortable. It was a pleasant, safe, comfortable, and restful visit. The pool out back looked very inviting and the restaurant and staff were very nice
Way overpriced for what you get. Room and bath weren’t the cleanest ever, check in clerk didn’t know much when asked questions and mainly we asked if breakfast was included and she said yes then in the morning went down to get it and was charged 10.70 for it. We have stayed in many hotels and priced less than this and received a gourmet breakfast that was included! We paid more for this room than a nicer embassy suites in the panhandle that had ocean view and made to order breakfast! A previous night we stayed at a hotel almost half the price and had a kitchen efficiency and a free breakfast not to mention no hair in tub! Would not stay here again since there are cheaper choices that are better to their guests. I am a rewards member and was disappointed in Hilton for the first time.
I canât begin to express how kind, welcoming ands polite the entire staff is. Weâve stayed here twice and both times had wonderful experiences. The only reason I canât say 5 star is that the rooms need some attention. For example, outlets need
Spacious, clean rooms with great air-flow & ventilation. Beds were comfy, and there were plenty of towels provided.
Staff was so professional and hospitable. Breakfast was delicious; the attendant was mindful and caring. The biscuits & gravy and fre
I enjoyed, my stay at this Comfort Inn & Suites during my stay in Dothan,Alabama.
Their free, early morning breakfast menu from 6 AM to 11 AM is tasty and excellent even for the entire
family to experience.
In town tending to my mom during a recent hospital stay at Southeast Health. It's an easy drive, about 12-15 min. Parking lots are well lit, as is the lobby. Lobby and rooms are nice and clean & well maintained. I can't say I have any complaints, tho
Absolutely amazing service and pastries. My husband were in town for a few days and ended up going three mornings in a row! We loved the scones! So soft and fluffy with great flavors! Blueberry, raspberry white chocolate, and Apple Cinnamon. A great
