What a great stay we had! We met one of the housekeepers, by the name of Mary, while we were at the pool. Very nice lady who has worked at the hotel for several years. You can tell she cares about the guests and the property. We also met Mary’s husband, Daniel, who is one of the shuttle drivers. What An amazing couple! Our room was spotless, the beds were so comfortable, the pool and Jacuzzi were amazing! I was shocked at how large the Jacuzzi was, and how clean the pool area was. We also had the buffet breakfast, which was delicious. They not only have the buffet, but you can also order an omelette or eggs to go along with the buffet, at no extra charge. Our waiter Alex, was very attentive and a pleasant person to speak with. I would strongly recommend this hotel to everyone.

It's a beautiful hotel! My Aunt & I stayed in a mobility room. It's large enough for her wheelchair & the shower is very accessible with a large bench for seating. The beds are very comfortable, but the pillows are too squishy for my taste. There's a really nice restaurant & our particular room category came with a $15 restaurant credit for breakfast. Shout-out to Dave who served us breakfast, he was wonderful! Location is very close to the UC Health Memorial Central Hospital.

We had a really great experience here. Very thoughtfully furnished rooms. Great staff. Easily and quickly accommodated a down feather allergy. Our room, 510, had a nice view of Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods (over the mattress sign). Nice room service options that we didn't use but the same food was at the bar and it was great. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Really good free cookies! Only quibble is that the sink is in the bathroom, and not right outside.

Kyong/Kim was absolutely amazing in the restaurant. Very attentive, even during the rush. Food was great but she made our experience 10/10. Room was clean with a great view of the mountains! Hotel staff was also attentive in making sure we were happy with everything during our stay.

On the positive side, the hotel looked nice, the rooms were good size and there were 2 areas with mirrors in the room for getting ready. The towels were clean looking and all amenities were provided. The bar area looked nice and most staff were very nice and accommodating.||On the negative side, we had about 10 rooms or so, each of which were warm. We tried turning down the a/c in the rooms to 65 and below, which did not altar the warmth in the rooms at all. Forget blankets on the bed -- they simply are not needed!!||The food in the hotel was simply "ok". I ordered a strawberry and cream piece of cake that was frozen in the middle and the taste left a lot to be desired. The chicken meal was good but was cold by the time we got it.||At least 2 of the couples had to be escorted to their room each time and be let into their rooms, as the front desk, for some reason, was unable to make keys for them.||Further be advised that if you want an early check in, they charge you $50 now for doing so... (To be fair, they did waive this fee for us as we were there for a military funeral of a loved one and we appreciated that courtesy.)||I would only stay here again if they truly allowed us to adjust the a/c in our rooms...

Had dinner in the restaurant and was surprised by how good the food and drinks were. It was a bit of a wait but so worth it. My steak was cooked to perfection! Kyong/Kim was attentive even though she had a full restaurant and was doing most of the work alone. She made our experience 5 stars and we will be returning thanks to her! Hotel staff was great as well, especially Candy, and made sure we were taken care of and happy during stay!

Stayed 3 nights for a business trip. The staff was so kind! I left my sweatshirt when picking up carryout at the lobby bar and they had it at front desk for me. The gym is the best I've seen in a hotel lately. Spacious, clean rooms, a convenient affordable Starbucks...Good location. Great value!

The hotel is beautiful however none of the rooms face the mountains, which seems odd seeing as they're at the base of Cheyenne mountain. The worst part of the hotel experience is the day you check-in you have to put down a $50 deposit but they will refund it upon checkout, they don't. Then they continue charging your credit card after you've checked out! $70 here, $20 there, so you call to ask why but then get transferred to someone who is supposed to have all the answers yet they don't get in until Monday, meanwhile you're still getting random amounts charged to your card and no one can stop it and no one will talk to you about it because it's not "their department." I now feel like I need to cancel my card all because of one lousy night at a hotel for my birthday.

My bride and I enjoyed our stay immensely. It took a lot to coordinate a wedding and therefore didn’t get to spend as much time as we wanted to at Chateaux as we wanted but the evenings were filled with romance due to the ambiance of the house. Th
