Double Down Crossfit - Gym in Yakima - 3806 W Nob Hill Blvd #106, USA

I just recently joined Double Down after leaving another gym. My intro meeting with Mitchell, the owner and coach, was nothing short of professional and fabulous. I feel that each employee of double down has made that same effort in making me feel welcome. If you're looking for a gym suited for all levels of fitness that makes you EXCITED to workout, this is the place!

Not a member yet but met with Mitchell to go over details/pricing. He spent a lot of time listening to my needs/goals and was very attentive, professional, and kind. Good vibes, looking forward to being able to join.

I could not even begin to express how much respect I have for this gym. Almost three years ago I walked through the doors morbidly obese, beyond out of shape, and extremely limited interns of mobility and endurance following 6 back surgeries and other orthopedic injuries. Despite these things, I was fully welcomed and every workout was modified for my abilities at the time There was absolutely no judgement by anyone, coaches or athletes. As a result of joining this community, I am now the most fit I have ever been in life, 100+ pounds lighter, and a myriad of exercises and adventures have been opened to me. If you are looking for a gym that we welcome you as you are; walk beside you; and push you to reach your every goal and more, then look no further!

I have been going to Double Down for several years and it is by far the most positive environment. I end my day away from home here and go home happy. After a major knee surgery last year the amazing coaching staff has been helping me through the process of returning to my best. Last month my 12 year old son started going. He plays club soccer and was looking to gain strength off the field. He loves it! Every time he leaves he tells me how awesome that place it. The coaches and members have been so encouraging, helpful, and kind.

Double Down Crossfit is the perfect place for new and experienced crossfiters alike! Despite being new to the area they welcomed me with open arms, and in the few months I have been coming there I have finally been able to figure out skills that I've worked on for years. The coaches are all extremely helpful, good at communicating how to properly do the workouts, and highly encouraging when you are trying to hit that new best lift or finish a run. And the other members are all welcoming and kind to anyone who may step through the door. The gym itself is a clean and safe environment, and always being added to with new equipment and other improvements! I can't recommend them enough to anyone interested in trying crossfit!

The best CrossFit gym in Yakima. If you want professional coaches that can teach you what you need to know and still laugh and feel comfortable the entire time this is the place to go. It’s a family here. I never feel self conscious here, only supported and encouraged to do more. So glad I made the move and left my old gym to come here!

I came to this gym after I left another CrossFit gym I was at, and I instantly felt welcomed. By everyone, not just coaches but by the athletes too. They made such a fun SAFE environment for everyone. And I am so happy I have found an awesome gym family. DOUBLE DOWN! Find what matters.

My husband and I joined this gym a little over a year ago, and before that we had dropped in many times. Something always kept us coming back... the community, the coaches, and the great workouts! This is a second home not just a place to workout! If you’re nervous to join cause of the word CrossFit, don’t be, this place is for everyone in all stages of life!!!!
