I would not hang out here to drink or gamble because there is not much ambiance. However, I do come here regularly for the cheap American Spirit cigarettes and good deals on cartons. The place is always clean and the employees are always kind and professional. I recommend getting your smokes here if they have your brand!

I like it I like the people that work there it's nice and easily accessible restaurants brothers. I do pretty good there not in the restrooms at the machines. I'm not telling you which ones it's very quiet. I like that. Cozy and always very clean.

Last 4 times I've been here the staff clearly doesn't want to deal with customers. Rather continue to clean or hide in back. I understand sidework. But besides waiting to cash in tickets or get a grunt when ordering a beverage after being here 2 hours without being asked once had to ask for water. Attitude is everything. P.s. Julie is amazing at her job. That's why this place is busy when she is here.

This location has to be one of the best Dotty's in the entire area outside Reno. Out of all the clerks that work here I find that Julie has to be one of the best employees that exhibit exceptional customer service! By far she is the most friendliest, attentive, and accomodating staff member here, and I always feel welcomed and valued as a customer by her when I come here. This location is clean and very presentable and inviting. Two thumbs up for this location!

Nice, helpful and friendly attendants. Clean, cozy and comfortable atmosphere, for a casino. Like I was told, and I'm telling you - You really need to bet more than 1 credit if you want to win BIG! As you can see from my photos :) I came out ahead, and I hope you do too! Great prices on cigarettes!!!!

Love this place...its quiet, great people (especially Julie) it's a great friendy place to gamble and 90% of the time I win...

Machine got tight but it's still a good place to go. I like going early in the mornings

Great customer service. The games pay pretty well and even on losing nights I play long enough to get my money's worth. In my opinion one of the best places to gamble in fernley.
