We stayed here for 3 months and it was wonderful! The amenities are amazing, bathrooms are large and clean, the pool was so fun and the laundry facilities are great! Sites are large and all have a picnic table. Highly recommend for short term or long term.
Just spent some time at Dothan RV Park and it was awesome! They've got a pool, pickleball courts, and a dog park. The RV spots are concrete and pretty level, which made setting up super easy.
Would've loved some more trees for shade, but hey, they've got storm shelters for bad weather – that's a first for us! The back section of the park is really quiet, and the showers are clean and spacious.
The place is really clean and well-kept, with new, level pads in the back. It's also in a great spot, just a short drive to downtown.
Overall, Dothan RV Park is a great value. Safe, pleasant, and full of amenities. We'll definitely be back!
This is by far the best RV park we have visited in South Alabama. Nice clean park and large sites. Heather the manager always goes over and above. The rest of the staff is great as well. I really do appreciate all of them and highly recommend this park if you’re in the area. Nice pool as well.
It's a decent park.
I can't speak for the ones up front, but the showers in the back are clean and large.
We stayed in the back. The pads are concrete, and not too lopsided. Access to the spot was an easy drive thru. The spots are very close together, with zero trees or bushes or anything else between them. Literally a field, jammed with as many pads as they could possibly fit. That always leaves a sour taste in my mouth. I understand the park is in business to make money, but the pads are 10 feet apart. That's pitiful.
The location is good though. A short drive to downtown.
A very clean and well laid out campground. We stayed here last year and again last night. Lots of improvements made. Nice clean bathrooms. Loved the newer sites in the back. Definitely would stay again.
Great place, has a pool, pickleball courts, and dog park. The temporary RV camper spots are all concrete and mostly level. Wish there were some trees for shade, but this is the first site we've been to with storms shelters in inclement weather.
Great experience, we'll definitely be back!
Awesome RV park. Due to expansion the back and new side areas have smaller trees. BUT, the pads are level and wide and easy to get into. Don't listen to other's when they say there is no room. It's average. Has a dog park, showers and the staff is friendly!!! Plus now with new pickleball courts, putting green and shuffleboard, there is plenty to do. It's our 1 night stop a few times a year, from TN and FL and back. We love it! Highly recommend!!
RV pads are cement with FHU.
Very clean and well kept.
Reasonably priced .
Had lots of amenities. Pickleball, hiking trails, pool and putting area.
Very quiet in the back section of the park.
We would definitely come back if in the area.
Pizza by the slice through the drive-through- yes please !! Veggie and cheese- service was super quick- staff was very friendly! Hours are a hit and miss but you know they are always open by the cars in the parking lot !! 10/10 !!!
I visit the Thirsty Pig on Friday evenings when they have live music!
Itâs such a great time and they are family friendly for all ages!
They also have trivia night during the weekdays.
