The food and the hospitality was great. We ordered lots of dishes. My favorite was dosa masala, dosa, paratha.Naan, chettanad curry and egg Kuttu Roti. The showstopper was the Mango Lassi, it was just awesome, I wish the quantity of the cup was little bigger. The food portion are good enough and you can easily share with your partner. The ambience of the restaurant is OK nothing special, but very clean, you could always sit and eat here, but don’t expect anything fancy sitting area. Our host was really nice and accommodating his name MOHAN.

Have come here three weekends straight now and been relishing the food at this place. All of the chef specials are fantastic including the chef special dosa. It’s always full and There can be long wait times.

With only one server, service is slow. Food is good but average. Other should still try and come to their own conclusion. Location is not the best neighborhood but very close to the freeway.

Tried their Kizhi Parotta & Dosa’s. We went there on day before Christmas for lunch. Place was crowded with large groups to dine in and the place was getting lot of small group customers as well. Looked like they were a bit understaffed in that situation but the person at reception handled it real well. He was patient with all customers with a big smile all the time. They served the food real fast too despite the crowd. Hats off to the exceptional service. Food was scrumptious too and very reasonable pricing.

If you are in phoenix area and like indian food, you shall stop at this place. I highly recommend to put this in your to do list in phoenix area. Great food, Great service and Great people. Super deliciously cooked. We went for Christmas day buffet, and they served Idiyappam and various other authentic Kerala dishes. This is by far the best Indian restaurant we have been to in th US.

[Aug 2023] We gave one more go for the Dosa place, after our friends suggested some new dishes. We had Chicken Kizhiporotta and Beef Kizhi porotta and they were absolutely delicious. The porotta and the meat where wrapped in real banana leaves and the flavor was so good. We will definitely try it again. [Jan 2023] rating 3/5 We visited the place again and most of the menu items were not available on a supposed to be busy day. The food as also not up to the mark. The biriyani was blant and masala Dosa was just average. [Dec 2022] Original rating 4/5 Now we know where to go for authentic South Indian dishes. We had Chicken Kothu porotta which is from Tamil Nadu and Kerala, and a rare item in Phoenix Indian restaurants. It was soft and very tasty and sizeable portions for two. My wife got Masala Dosa and it's crispy and tasty, I think the taste was on par with the restaurants in Kerala ( like Aaryas ). We also tried the Vada set, but it felt like a little undercooked inside. But overall the food was good. The service was also good and fast, the waitress was attentive and friendly. Definitely going back again.

Update: 10/23/2023 FOOD IS A 4.5 STARS SERVICE IS DOWN TO A One star because zero is not an option. Sat for 14 min before the staff came to get our order. The phone and the order pickup delivery app for their POS keeps on dinging while people are waiting to be seated and people picking up to go orders. No one is at the front. The man who buss the table just stands there and doesn't at least acknowldge the newly arrived customers. Food came in and needed another bowl of basmati rice and I keep on getting the finger from the server....to wait. Wait...and wait. He gave me the bill and I said we are not done earing yet and I just wanted to get a bowl of rice while my flod is still warm....nope.....I was given the finger to wait....and waited and waited. If you are really hungry and wanting a food right away don't come here. Or maybe order your to go and arrive late...as your food probably won't be ready when you get there. Bring your own drink of water as they won't replenish your water unless you asked for more. I wish they improve the service as this is the only Indian Restaurant in the Phoenix metro that are open on Monday night. ‐---‐----- My wife and I came in to try this new Indian restaurant on a Wednesday night at 8PM. We ordered a mango lasibamd a tumeric lemonade. It was nice. We ordered a vegetable samosas for appetizers...it was good. My wife ordered an order of garlic naan and chicken tika masala and I ordered the special boneless biryani. The chicken tika masala came in first with the naan....then 5 minutes later is my biryani. The food presentaion is great and it actually taste good too. The service is lacking. They host needs to speak up louder and the server needs to checknon their tables (well, we were the only two people there). We have to ask for extea sause and water more than twice. Well, we will give it another go. Will see if there's any improvements with the service.
