Good food, come hungry you won't be disappointed. Big papi is a beast, seafood spud and Santa Fe / Latina are solid too. Get the large version if you can.
Absolutely delicious, from start to finish. Best spud I’ve had in a long time, if ever. And the butter cake we had for dessert was beyond amazing... the perfect balance of icing and cake. The hostess was very friendly, too, and took her time explaining the various options to us and talking to us about the owners a little bit. We really enjoyed our visit and will come again.
Food is amazing and quick. Had the Big Papi before and even if you’re starving, you probably won’t be able to finish it. 2 potatoes can easily feed a family of 4. Definitely worth the stop to visit a hidden Waco gem. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. We’re adding this to our go-to lunch spots.
Low key, local, dive dishing out satisfying, indulgent concoctions atop enormous spuds….Brisket, sausage, ribs, turkey legs, mac n’ cheese are just a few of the many options of themed toppings.
Was pleasantly surprised to see how well run and maintained the place is considering it’s unassuming exterior and family run vibe.
The butter pound cake was homemade and made fresh. If you have a sweet tooth this definitely won’t disappoint.
Everything is large portions so come hungry and leave stuffed!
If you are in Waco. Check this place out. The selection is great but not over done. It's priced right where it should be. Every bite had value.

The pictures don't do it justice but this place is great. I've taken family and friends here and love everything I've tried. Great barbeque on amazing potatoes. The workers are super friendly and I love going here. It's a bit on the pricey side and you have to buy drinks one at a time and they charge extra for everything from BBQ sauce to jalapeños, which is weak but other than that it's high quality food and I'd recommend it.
Great food and good people!! This was our first visit and we will definitely be back. The potatoes are huge and there are so many options to choose from.
