Until you get inside the restaurant, you cannot tell if it's any good as the shopping center does not portray well. Once in, it's a whole different atmosphere. Customer service is great, ambience is good. Food is excellent. Portions are very good. A must go place for Mexican food while in or around Purdue.

Place feels lively, with tons of decorations inside, far from boring. Staff was very kind and attentive. I got the taco sampler, staff accommodated my request for no cilantro haha. Food came out quick for a Saturday night, and was delicious. Lots of flavor, well prepared. Prices are decent, comparable to other Mexican restaurants in the area. Can easily get full for under $15. Especially for large groups, this place is great.

The decor is vibrant and festive, the service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious! As an added bonus, they are reasonably priced.

This is the third time I am in Dos Amigos. They changed the cuisine and it's very nice now. I'm gratefully surprised. The service was really nice and the place is clean (something that I appreciate a lot). Good place for dinner. It can still have more veggie options.

I went to the restaurant with a friend's family and overall it was a bad experience. The table we were given was in the way of the workers, they all passed by us clearly uncomfortable and we didn't know how to move so as not to get in the way. Our waitress was very kind and apologized for the table, she warned us that they were very full that night and that the food could be delayed. We waited a long time and in the end we had to leave without eating because we were late for the game. They should prefer the comfort of the customer to the owners' desire to make more money by filling the restaurant without being able to give good customer service, we could have waited for a better table than the one they gave us. The only thing we appreciated was the service we received from our waitress, who had to apologize instead of the owners.

I had such a wonderful experience at Dos Amigos. The environment and decor was something I hadn't seen before, I especially loved the Purdue themed decor. The food was delicious and the service was fast! If you are looking for a great place to get some great Mexican food with a great environment this is the spot to go to in West Lafayette.

I've been here a few times and always had a good experience. It's exactly what you'd expect from a good Mexican place: the food comes fast and in generous quantities. The people here always seem friendly and the service is ultra fast. I think the last time my fajitas were done in 5 minutes. I get a 𝘭𝘰𝘵 of carry-out here. They've been right on the estimated time (which is usually 15-20 minutes) every time.

Margaritas were decent and I liked the decor of the place. The salsa was good but the chips tasted bland and a bit heavy, not light and crispy. The super burrito was excellent and so was the enchilada plate. They have Mexican Coke too but you have to ask.
