Dorado Ranch - Apartment complex in Odessa - 3601 Faudree Rd, USA

Devan and Misty were fantastic through the whole move in process! They were able to answer all of our questions at anytime we messaged them and we had a very short notice of move in but they helped us find our ‘home’ here! These remind me of my very first apartment..modern, in a great area, safe, and still have that ‘childhood home’ coziness! There was some miscommunication when we told them we would be needing a garage, but they were very quick to get that fixed and apologized multiple times. So thank you to Mark also for finding us a garage on such short notice. If you are looking for a place to rent that has all the perks at a slightly lower price than most other places around here, Dorado Ranch is definitely the place 😁

Misty & Devan are absolutely phenomenal. They were very helpful in the entire move in process. They are more then willing to answer any questions or concerns you may have. The property is quiet and so cozy! Even the maintenance guys are awesome, they handle any issues you may have in a timely matter! If you're looking for something modern and luxurious but still has that home touch these are the apartments for you!

Misty, Is the absolute best. I truly was in a bad situation in my life. Misty gave me a wonderful experience in getting me a place for me here at Dorado Ranch. She made it very easy to move in and get everything set up for me to get my life back on track. I highly recommend her and this Dorado Ranch to anyone for all of your living needs. Misty and her staff are great! She has gone above and beyond to help on more than one occasion. The management company is lucky to have someone who can not only do the job well but treat everyone so well at the same time!!

Misty and Devan are the best! This was my first apartment (aside from student housing) and they made the process easy, provide super fast maintenance, and really care about their community! They, and everyone who works here, deserve a raise tbh

Great apartments to stay at! Devan, Misty and Mark are all so much help and super understanding and willing to listen when something is happening in your unit, or any concerns regarding the community. Staying here was amazing and everything was fixed in a timely manner. If I had to come back to the area I would definitely want to stay anywhere where they are in charge of the community.

Miss Misty is phenomenal, she is very understanding, helpful and makes you feel comfortable. The property is very cozy and quiet. I totally recommend coming here and making it your new home.

Even before we moved in everything was very fast, organized, and great communication. So far we love it, no issues, it’s clean, and the pool is great!!
