Really big park tucked backed in the Far East side of Madison. Has a variety of paths or trails through wooden areas and in small creek prairie area. Really nice newer playground equipment, 2 bball courts, and 2 full sized soccer fields! Some really interesting older Oak Trees off main path that are kind of spooky looking! Can enjoyed in all seasons, saw a deer almost charge a lady as well, so keep your distance if you do see deer!
Good Field. We Have played Australian Football Game in the field. We ( Chicago Swans) Played Wisconsin Wombats and wrapped up with a win. Was a good field.
Great trails to walk on.
Very nice park, seems to be aimed for slightly older kids though. My 2 year old had fun, but she was only really able to go down 2 slides (technically 3, but one was so small she wasn't interested) and she was on the swings for a little. We'll be back, but she'll probably enjoy more in a few years.
I love Door Creek Park! It is a great place to go with kids or with pets. It's also nice for a walk with friends or family. The playground is wonderful for kids - lots of options for all ages. The park itself is beautiful with wide, winding paths that are perfect for a quick stroll or a longer exploration. I highly recommend checking out this park!
It is just a nice place to sit and watch water fowl and other "critters", if one is lucky enough to spot them. They don't seem to notice humans and it's fun to watch them do what they normally do (ie: playing, feeding their young or just hanging out). It makes a great place for lunch, when one needs a break from work; even if it's just for a half hour.
Great park, lots of trails with ample opportunities for walking. Its right up against wild land so it feels more open. Big play structure for kids, Tennis courts, open field for soccer. Plenty of parking.
So great park with some trails and open fields, wont go here again though un- friendly dogs and people.

Great place to just relax and fish! Clean atmosphere and great views. I couldn't find any bathrooms nearby. I am not from around this area so, not sure where they're found. Overall, it's an awesome spot to distress!
Disc golf review. By no fault of its own, my only complaint is the distance this course is from home. Well worth the 90 minute drive if you plan to play a few rounds. The course is built on a hill and your first concrete tee shot it looking up into a
Awesome spot for pictures, rock hounding, neat driftwood specimens, picnicking, dipping your toes in the water, and slowing down to remember how beautiful the simple things in life are. It's one of my favorite places in a city full of gems. I swear,
I came to the skatepark to teach my nine-year-old twins to skate, everybody at this place was so welcoming and cool. They made my kids feel right at home, the skate park itself is badass! Zero complaints, everything is perfect! Can't say enough good
I am obviously biased as this park is in my backyard, but the new park shelter and playground are amazing. It is such a joy to have this in our neighborhood. We also helped get the Community Garden going this year, which was an incredible addition
Great little park. The perfect jumping of point for many adventures. Sits on lake shore path, right near Monona Terrace on the west, and machinery row bike shop on the east. Free parking after 6 and on the weekends.
A nice little park hiding only a couple blocks off Cottage Grove Road. A play area with swings, slide and climbing toys; also a large field for baseball, soccer, frisbee, etc. There's a medium sized pavillion with picnic tables, and a small (2- door
