Let me start by saying this was my favorite spot for tacos de tripa. We always get them extra crunchy because honestly that's the only to eat tacos de tripa. My brother brought my kids and I some tacos tonight for dinner, which I was super excited about, until I took a bite... The meat was rubbery and slimy not crunchy at all. I would like to mention that they charged my brother .41 cents extra for the meat. And .15 cents extra to make them extra crunchy (per taco). He paid almost $50 for 15 tacos... It was a huge disappointment my kids and I feel disgusted after biting into the tacos. It's upsetting to get charged extra for literally nothing. If you're going to charge extra to make the meat extra crunchy maybe make sure it is extra crunchy? I will honestly think twice about coming here again and yes I know everyone has their bad days. But the upcharge per taco is a bit much especially when they're not making them the way they're charging for.
I walked in and the glazed donuts just came out of the oven. It was total melt-in-your mouth goodness. I also couldn't resist getting a cheese danish. It was a little different (as this is also a Mexican bakery) but very tasty. The girl who helped me was totally sweet and careful how she packaged my goodies. It's worth stopping by if you're in the area. They also serve tacos and ice cream!
Don't let the name full you - this place has consistently excellent, flavorful, traditional Mexican food! I've eaten here frequently over the past year and never once had a complaint. In fact- I think the food just keeps getting better! The chile rellenos are always perfect and the bakery has a wide variety of fresh baked sweets that always hit the spot.
This was my favorite place to come to but I noticed they charged me 15 cents per taco to have the meat well done. It wouldn't be a big deal IF it was actually well done. We got tacos de tripa which they also have an upcharge for the type of meat it is. This is all recent since my last visit. I paid nearly $50 for 15 tacos. That's ridiculous! Yes I know inflation is high but wow. It was a huge disappointment when you get charged more for something that you're not even getting. Maybe they were in a hurry to get the order out, I know it was a big order, But I would have rather waited for what I wanted, then to come home and be disappointed. I'll rethink to come here again.
One side is the donut shop and other side is the Mexican food place. Review is of the Mexican food side.
First impression : nice, bright and clean.
All the prices are marked out on the menu. We get that prices change, but nothing is posted for prices, no menu to take in hand to see prices. Thia is frustrating for customers. It comes across as really unprofessional and a bit sketchy. This really should be remedied.
Lots of authentic things on the menu and tons of meat choices. The employee was patient and gracious enough to explain the dishes and answered all sorts of questions for us.
I had the asada torta, lengua tacos and albondigas soup w/ tortillas.
*Lengua tacos : Some of the lengua pieces for the tacos was cold - like cold as if just out of the cooler - but most was warm like one would expect. Seemed kinda odd. We just didn't eat the chilly pieces. It was good otherwise.
*Carne Asada Torta: The torta was very good. Asada was nice and the torta bread was very tasty.
*Albondigas soup: The albondigas had good flavor- the kids loved it. Tortillas were very good.
The food was made to order so some things for our group was a bit of a wait because there were so many of us and it took some time as expected.
The service is good.
Would return and try other things.
I came all the way from MI, was meeting up w a friend who came all the way from FL, and I was like do u wanna get some tacos, and she was like duh! Let's go to the donut hole, and I was like what!?!?! And nobody believed me, and so we went and they had the best dang tacos 🌮 🤤
What a Beautiful combination of food!! I had The Most Amazing Burrito!! A perfect combination of large grilled shrimp, huge sautéed mushrooms, tomito sauce, sour cream, lettuce, tomato and avocado!! Then a perfect ice cream dessert!! Will definitely come back!!
P.S. The baked good look amazing but we found them to be stale. The apple fritter didn't have many apples either.
The customer service is great, but the limited menu and sterile white interior holds the place back from a true 5 star rating. The food is good and comes out quick - great for pick up and lunch breaks. I do not suggest dining in.

The place was super busy but was operating like a well oiled machine. I ordered the lindo steak, the dish was amazing. The beans gave the steak a run for their money on being the hero of the dish. The streak was cooked well (temp on point for medium
Best Mexican, most authentic, fast food in Prescott Valley, AZ! Large burritos. Has salsa bar with hot carrots which is less common these days. Decent prices.
Stopped in while visiting Prescott Valley. A local place tucked in a neighborhood. Great food and service. Staff kept chips and salsa full. The best spinach enchilada I have ever had. Partner enjoyed the chicken fajitas. Margaritas were ok. Recommend
Affordable, great hours, friendly staff, and never a problem accessing a cage. Also lovely of them to offer plenty of bats and helmets at no additional charge.
Amazing selection on all sorts of goodies! So many different honey varieties and jams and treats. I came for the beeswax and found they also carry most of the essential oils I use in my tattoo and skin balms. I picked up some local honey for my aller
Carlitos is one of these little family run places located in an industrial section of South Prescott Valley, but this perhaps one of the best breakfast and lunch places around. Her chilaquiles are awesome among with other Mexican specialties like men

What an incredible experience!
Thank you for hosting our Yavapai Sky Girl Scout fundraiser! The employees were so very accommodating with our young Scouts. We don't even know Howe much money we made yet and the families who volunteered want to do it
Shopping at Sprouts Market in Prescott Valley AZ is always enjoyable. I knew when I went there today, I would find unique and healthy Stocking Stuffers that I was looking for. Of course, Sprouts is also my favorite grocery store for everyday needs. B
This shop is always so helpful. We had an issue tonight (with a product, nothing to do with the shop) and they immediately tried to help out, find the cause of the issue, then rectify it. Anytime we go in they are professional, courteous, friendly, a
Beautiful park with shade trees you can bring your chairs and sit underneath. There are pickle ball courts, splash pad, swingsets, climbing wall, and a typical play area with slides. It has a few Ramada's with picnic tables, a concrete walking path
Smart Girls is a one stop shopping experience. Clothes, shoes, accessories and jewelry. Gently used name brands some with the tags still on them. Great sales. Great staff to help you find what you're looking for. Wonderfully organized. No rifling thr
