Doña Luisa's Mexican Grill - Mexican restaurant in Norco - 3250 Hamner Ave, USA

The food was ok,but it was definitely not authentic Mexican cuisine. My husband said his menudo was ok he's had much better. My son said his burrito was dry. My tacos were also dry, and the meat was overcooked. The beans tasted like they were from the can. The service was good and the restaurant seemed to be clean.

1st time here. Totally satisfied by the meal. The pictures with the plate, is from the regular menu. There Is also a lunch special menu, until 4 PM. It is filling.. and quite delicious to my taste. The restaurant is big inside, Not sure what the capacity is but there is a separate room in the back, can Accommodate a large party.

Had the menudo. It was good. The rice and beans had great flavor. I definitely want to try more. My friends had the torta they liked it and they also tried the albondigas soup and my wife had the spicy shrimp plate. Everybody enjoyed their meals.

First time dining experience here. Large menu, very friendly, exceptional service. Will go again, but be fore warned they do charge a service charge of 18%.

First time coming here food and service was amazing! The salsa that they give you with the chips and salsa is delicious! Taste very authentic and homemade which I really enjoy being that I make all my salsa from scratch. Love the atmosphere in there and all their paintings and decoration.

I met up with some friends for dinner here, never again. I ordered GREEN chicken enchiladas and I was served RED, after I mentioned it to waitress she said that they had given her the wrong plate and she would get the correct one. 🤦‍♀️ they poured GREEN sauce on top of the RED original sauce I had returned back. At that point I just stayed quiet and didn't even enjoy my meal. Clearly they don't care about their service because the people at the table across from us had similar thing happend to them with their plate. Not to mention prices are pricey for TexMex meals, this is no way authentic Mexican food. The only authentic part in any of our meals was the horchata.

Our food was delicious! We ordered carne asada fries, relleno burrito, fish tacos and shrimp tacos. Everything was great. Waitress was very friendly and polite.

My experience at Dona Luisa Mexican Grill in Norco left me with mixed feelings. My wife and I tried different dishes - I had the chicken enchiladas while she opted for the Berria. Unfortunately, I'd rate the food as 4/10; it didn't quite live up to our expectations. The chicken enchiladas left me unimpressed as the chicken felt undercooked, and the Berria was somewhat bland and served in a soupy form, which wasn't appealing to us. On a brighter note, the restaurant's ambiance was a highlight; they played all the classic jams and had a newly designed bar that was super nice. Ample parking was also a plus. The service, however, was a standout. The servers were friendly, offering us some excellent recommendations. While I might not order the same dishes again, the overall experience at Dona Luisa was saved by the great service and inviting atmosphere. I wouldn't come here again though.
