I was super excited about this place based on photos and reviews. Even more excited when there was a large line. Upon getting home and opening things up, we are missing one of their pastries we ordered. It turned out ok, because we ordered two and the one we tried wasn’t very good. Coffee was ordered without sugar. Unfortunately I waited until I got home to try it, and they must of put an entire cup on sugar in this thing. One sip and I poured down drain.

Wonderful owners, wonderful food, wonderful deserts! When I have a sweet tooth and want a desert that you can taste the flavor, enjoy the craftsmanship that went into making it and not have a super sugar rush ... this is my go to spot! When I want a sandwich that's filling enough to hold me through my work day and partially into the night ... this is definitley the place!

We used to visit the Dale Mabry location before it closed so I was happy to find another Don Pan near where we live. We stopped in to order breakfast sandwiches (ham, egg and cheese on Cuban bread) and was happy to see that it’s still the same great sandwich. We ordered cafe con leche which are also on point. Don Pan is a bakery that also offers cakes and pastries though I’ve not ordered them so I can’t speak to that, but it’s definitely a great breakfast stop. Seating is limited to a few tables.

Yesterday, I visited to grab some pastries and mini cakes for a party and ordered coffee for myself. The staff member assisting me was professional and friendly. However, when the employee was explaining a new menu item, the owner approached with an impatient attitude, even though it wasn't busy. This encounter made the atmosphere uncomfortable. Despite this, the employee swiftly packed my order, but the owner's rudeness was quite off-putting. Won't be back again.

Hands down the best in town!! Incredible staff and atmosphere. I have been coming here for years and it NEVER disappoints. You wait a little longer than your typical coffee place but once you taste the coffee and food you’ll be hooked and it’s worth the wait every single time. Keep up the fantastic work guys, you are all very much appreciated.

I’m trying to get a pineapple upside down cake for my son tomorrow. I see pictures online when I googled them and they look fantastic. When I try to order online I cannot find it. I called the number and doesn’t work. The first time it immediately said the number is no good. I called again from a different link not realizing it was the same number and it rang several times then there was a very quiet message from a make voice but I don’t know what it said. If this is the way they do business I don’t want to deal with them.

Excellent customer service as well as the best food in town. Employees are very friendly and entertaining. Best coffee anywhere. Thanks
