Love this apartment!! Moved here in March. 1A/1A1 unit, city facing. Perfect spot on the river in the Third Ward. Very clean, secure, modern, new appliances, spacious, never have to worry about loud noises from other rooms, friendly neighbors. Mari and Krystal are amazing, very responsive and make you feel welcome. They have fun events all the time like happy hours, book club, holiday events, etc. Onsite gym, amazing club room and community patio on the river with a grill and lounge chairs. You can easily walk to some great spots, including Summerfest, DanDan, Riley's Social House, Valentine Coffee, Sail Loft to name a few. Highly recommend :)

I'd EASILY give Domus 5 stars for many reasons: Not only is the location great with it being in the Third Ward, but also living right off of the boardwalk makes it easy to explore the city just walking distance to many boutiques and restaurants. Meeting new people can be tough sometimes, but not here. The management and tenants throw many social gatherings such as Happy Hours on the Boardwalk, Book Clubs, Friendsgiving and a Holiday Celebration, which I have greatly appreciated as it's introduced me to many neighbors within the building :) Amenities are luxurious and modern with in-unit laundry which was a must for me. There is a gym, garage parking, and a huge communal clubroom (great for hosting parties). The property manager, Krystal, has been VERY accommodating and quick to respond to any maintenance services that have occurred. I'd recommend these apartments to anyone! :)

The setting itself is great (the 3rd Ward, on the Milwaukee River, walkable to dozens of nice restaurants, etc.) but the amenities in the building are 1st rate. Large spacious community room, large outdoor seating area with a great grill to use. Mari Martino and Krystal Vaughn are perfect stewards of Domus. They greet the residents by name, ask if they can be helpful, they are supportive to residents request. In general, a very nice place to call home. Mari has been especially helpful. I do a cooking show most Saturday mornings in our Community Room. Mari works Saturdays and is always accessible if I Need anything. My wife and I love living at the Domus.

Domus is an amazing place to live! The apartments and common areas are beautiful. Domus is located in a vibrant neighborhood, with many food, drink, shopping, and entertainment options within walking distance. Domus is also a wonderful community. The management team and the residents are all incredibly helpful and friendly.

I lived in DOMUS for 5 wonderful years and have nothing but great things to say about the building, the staff, the location! My patio, the river sunset views, and kayak dock right outside the building were lifesavers during the pandemic. I'm so sad to be leaving but I know I will be back many times to visit for a stroll along the boardwalk!

I moved in feb of 2023 and let me tell you this apartment complex, the community, the amenities, and most of all the LEASING AGENTS (huge shoutout to Mari!!) are one of the best in milwaukee. I’ve lived in many high end apartment complexes across the US from SF to NYC and the experience I’ve had thus far is nothing short of spectacular. I mean Mari even wrote hand written welcome letter with a gift basket waiting at my apartment when I moved in! Also big shoutout to Zach, part of the maintenance staff, who have always fixed my requests (which you can do easily via online) literally within 24 hours each time. This place holds regular community events whether it’s resident created book clubs or domus sponsored happy hours on Thursdays, it’s truly a blessing to be living here. The equipment is all new and they even have the butterfly app that makes it super easy for dashers and Uber eats delivery folks to get you your food where it needs to go. Love it here!

I moved up here from Texas for a change of scenery. Moved into DoMus on June 20th. My short time here has been a wonderful experience so far. The units are well maintained and fairly new. It’s in a great area downtown right along where the Milwaukee river meets Lake Michigan. During my move, the management team has treated me with the utmost hospitality. Wonderful first apartment for my daughter!!! We are only leaving because we purchased a condo right down the street. Best apartment complex in The Third Ward!!! This was my email when we told leasing office we were leaving: Thank you for a wonderful stay here. The apartment was absolutely amazing and my daughter has loved it as a first home. I’ve always felt on vacation when coming to visit. I would definitely recommend DoMus to anyone wanting a luxurious apartment! Shana Martincheck
