Indian guy is a racist. Always over charges and the last time refused to give me a room. When the lady's are there I have no problems they're always polite and professional. Never comin here again.
It was the most horrible place I have ever seen! It is like a joke. We felt like in a movie. We booked a non smoking room. As we opened the door a horrible cigarette cloud said "hello" to us. As we went to the reception and wanted to have a different room, they couldn't offer us one alternative. And as we said that we booked a non smoking room the man said that he cannot prevent if some guests smoke SOMETIMES a cigarette in the room. ||I am sorry, but in our room there were hundreds of people who made a cigarette party in there!!!!||Also everything didn't seem to be kind of new?!? The towels and the linen seemed to be clean but anything else????!!!! I do not want to start to talk about the bathroom....||Everything was just horrible. We really felt like in a bad bad movie! Do not book a place there! Put 20 dollars on top and you get a better place! For sure... The money is not worth it!||||Kind regards, two disappointed German guys :-)
I’ve worked customer service before know how to treat people. The employees there charged my friends and I $120 for two rooms ($60 for each) she never gave us a receipt and claimed we only paid her for one room and made us pay $60 a second time. They stole an extra $60 from us. They were also rude.
Excellent service and amazing food. We heard about the hummus and they were RIGHT! The LAMB was perfect. The mint lemonade was made fresh and the server gave me some extra pickles because I liked them so much! Definitely coming back and bringing

Great spot to get take out. The monster platter is really good. I ordered takeout 25 min before I got there and they hadn't even started the falafel for my platter. They apologized and he gave me very generous portions to make up for having to wait.
