We stayed at the Hurricane Ridge and Lake Crescent Suite. A wonderful getaway after a day in the national park and close to Port Angeles. So serene, quiet and the modern amenities in the room are just all the perfect touches. Amazing spot for a romantic getaway or relax and relaxation for a single person.

We loved staying here! Very cute and well decorated rooms with gorgeous views of their gardens. The owners had so many personal touches, including a card personally thanking us for choosing them. There are multiple gardens and they are all so peaceful and beautiful. Will be recommending to everyone!

We arrived to a beautifully appointed and quiet room, with all our needs anticipated - including robes, a small refrigerator, a microwave, coffee maker, coffee/tea, mugs, and a guest laundry room. The surrounding gardens were gorgeous. The food choices available for in-room dining met our gluten allergy needs. They included fine wines and cheeses/charcuterie plates, a wide variety of healthy snacks, and yummy breakfast items. Each morning, we were greeted with the sound of ocean waves and birds singing, including a local pair of Eagles. The owners thought of everything to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. We left rejuvenated and highly recommend Domaine Madeleine as a wonderful Olympic Peninsula getaway.

An absolute gem. Located high on a bluff overlooking the water, this stunning property is nestled in lush, creative gardens (thanks to the wonderful groundskeeper Ryan, who has been here more than two decades and was great to chat to). The view over the ocean stretches out to Mt. Baker’s imposing silhouette, along the peninsula, and over to Canada. The cottages have the most comfortable beds and the best views. But the most extraordinary aspect of this whole experience is the care, customer focus and sheer thoughtfulness of the hosts, Stephen and Chris. From behind the scenes, they ensure that you have absolutely everything you need, with an amenities list and attention to small details that rival any luxury property I’ve stayed in anywhere in the world. Met Stephen on the way out and he was great! Highly recommend a stay here.

Domaine Madeleine is an absolute gem! From the first communications, it was clear that customer service is their focus. We booked the Rialto Beach cottage for two nights and the Hurricane Ridge suite for one night. Although I have to give an edge to the latter as being my favorite (the porch is amazing!!), both rooms were comfortable, well-appointed, and extremely clean. We enjoyed everything about our visit and hope to return again and again.

Every need or attention to detail was anticipated in advance! We already look forward to a future visit. Besides our emaculate room, Cape Flattery Cottage, the grounds were inspirational. We watched for meteors late at night and had an owl soar overhead. Thank you for such perfect hospitality even when we didn't encounter a staff member in person. The self service features were comprehensive and lent to the experience of being on a retreat.

Cute remote cottage/boutique hotel stay near Port Angeles. The staff is very responsive before and during the stay. Their attention to detail is probably the second best after the location/ view. The cottage we stayed in was nicely appointed, perfectly clean, and supplied with everything necessary plus some. But don’t expect a luxurious aesthetic. The surrounding more than make up for it.

This review is overdue. We loved our stay at Domaine Madeleine. We had to reschedule our original reservation due to unforeseen business travel. Stephen and Chris from Domaine were incredibly accommodating; and adjusted our reservation. This property is completely no-contact. The communication from the hotel owners was incredible, timely and insightful. The room is clean, filled with amenities (including a welcome note and drinks in the room). The views surrounding the property were just phenomenal. The 24/7 lobby is filled with chock full of amenities, clean towels - all self-serv. After our outdoor activities, Domaine was perfect place to come back to. We will be returning for a stay for sure.
