Perfect location! Beach access and a nice clean pool. It's dated but it was clean and smelled good and the service was great! Super nice people! Family friendly. Our room had a stove, fridge and microwave. It also had dishes and silverware. It was perfect for us. We really enjoyed staying here. It doesn't have to be fancy as long as it's clean, bug free and smells good. This Motel was all the above! The only complaint I have was the WiFi wasn't the best.
This place harkens back to yesteryear. The room was spacious and included a kitchenette with a stove. The room has definitely seen wear and tear from the elements and beachgoers over the years. A lightbulb in the bathroom was burnt out, the kitchen chair needed repair, and it really could have used a lick of paint and some updating. That being said....it was perfect. It was located steps from the beach, the staff were friendly, and it included free wifi and clean towels each day. The beds were clean and comfortable. If you plan to spend most of your time on the beach or out and about this place is more than sufficient to lay your head and won't break the bank. Be prepared to bring your own toiletries.
Dolphin Lane Motel is within easy walking distance to the fishing dock and the Carolina Beach boardwalk. The prices are reasonable and the staff friendly. It is a great family style motel.
It was noisy couldn't sleep,the toilet was stopped up the entire time housekeeping sucks wasn't allowed to have any guests @ the room they said we could only use one parking space then we got over charged for the room $80 extra will not ever stay here again
Older property, so it has some wear. Fantastic location and GREAT views. Overall, it is definitely worth the price, and we will be back.
