Excellent as always. We enjoyed swimming with the dolphins and learning some commands for them. Dolphins ate such beautiful creatures. It was always my childhood dream to pet and swim with these wonderful creatures. It was even more wonderful because I got the share this experience with my husband and children. Hopefully, we'll be able to do this again in 3 to 4 years
I was able to purchase tickets for my daughter's birthday. Swimming with the dolphins has been something she always wanted to do, so this was a nice treat. I did appreciate the dolphin experience, as did she also.
The lazy river is terrible with the inconsistent depth of water. Once again, making it difficult to maneuver and having to stand or walk in the shallow area's and being un level.
For an older person like myself with limited walking ability, this location was difficult to maneuver. There was a lot of walking and very few places to sit along the paths.
There are NO seats in the lobby area or out front, if you are waiting on a ride or bus at the end of the day. This was a big fail for me in customer relations. After making it back to the lobby I had to stand and wait for over 35 minutes waiting on our bus. Please provide some type of seating for people!!!!
Honestly can't fault this place. It's clean, relaxing and well staffed. The food served is all very tasty and it's as much as you want.
Obviously the dolphin interactions (as well as all the other animal interactions) are very well organised and the animals look to be enjoying the interaction with us humans.
Great place to celebrate in a chilled way or just a relaxing day.
Its a good and fun experience if you've never done it. Expensive though! $$$$$
We really enjoyed our time at the Dolphin Lagoon. It was super expensive though for the time that we got with the dolphins. I don't know if I would go again. But this is a fun place and it's not too crowded.
I had a heart attack in May 2021 and have always wanted to swim with the dolphins. My daughter surprised me with tickets for myself and my husband to make my dream come true. This experience has made a lifetime of memories for us!
Was a wonderful experience. I took my great granddaughter Sky. The name of our dolphin was Skye. It was awesome. And the two girls we had were awesome. Would go back again
