Dolphin Inn - Motel in Wildwood - 5201 Atlantic Ave, USA

Highly Recommend this hotel. We had a great experience staying at the Dolphin Inn, and will be staying hear again next year.The room was very clean and updated, spacious bathroom, AC pumps great, beds are comfy, and the staff is wonderful. There policies allow for a quiet family friendly stay.Rico was extremely welcoming and helpful for us with finding things to do and parking. This place is right near the boardwalk, and convenient to many places to eat.

I’ve stayed here several times over the years and have always had a great experience. I locked myself out of the room and got back really late and the staff was very accommodating even though I woke them up! Close to the boardwalk and the staff is great. I’ll definitely stay here every season.

So happy with our stay at this hotel. The owners are very nice and the rooms were nice and updated and room was cleaned well and smelled great! As a professional cleaning service owner I am happy with what I walked into. The beds were super comfortable and AC worked so good. The pool water was great temperature and very clean everyday and great atmosphere and there were two gas grills (very clean) and picnic tables with a tent to block the sun. The Boardwalk and beach are 1/2 block and I didn’t mind the little walk to the attractions. Lots of restaurants in walking distance also. I will definitely be booking again with Dolphin Inn!

Stayed at the Dolphin Inn Thursday - Sunday for a long weekend trip. The weather wasn’t the best, raining and very windy most of the weekend. The room we stayed in had a gap in between the door and the frame creating a very loud whistling noise for the duration of our trip. When we woke up Friday morning we discovered a leaky ceiling that was dripping water all over the floor by the door. The water damage was present all the way down the wall, you could tell this wasn’t the first time it had happened. We called the front desk and they told us to use our own towels to soak up the pooling - no other suggestions or help provided. We had to then ask for additional towels since we would be using what we were given. A woman brought towels to our room, didn’t even speak to us but looked shocked at how much water was leaking. The only nice thing about this stay is that personnel stayed late for our arrival on Thursday. Don’t stay in room 106 if you don’t have to.

I been to this place 2 times. First experience was very good very helpful it was on June and weather was warm 79 and they had the pool with hot water and it was great . And the water in the pool was 96 I just checked out today August 25 2023 I been there for 3 days weather is very cold in wildwood today and even the last 3 days ago. At the check in they said they had to change our rooms to a different rooms coz it’s been booked. even after it was booked a month ago then. They were really rude I asked them if they can heat up the water coz we have 5 kids and there’s other kids and other ppl can’t even enjoy the pool. they didn’t care to heat the water and there’s excuse was it’s summer time it should be cold . And they keep complaining that the kids laughing and playing together at 10pm. Like I should take my kids to this place to make them sit and don’t even laugh. When we asked for towels they sent us only one time only 3 towels for 3 nights. Baaad I’ll never ever go back there or even recommend to any family with kids want to have fun. 0% review dolphin in.

My daughters family and I had a wonderful time here. Unfortunately, the last two years we can’t get a room but we do love the place convenient to everything very friendly management staff.

C'est un 2 étoiles, il faut vraiment s'attendre à 2 étoiles! Rapport qualité-prix mauvais. Nous avions demandé 2 chambres car nous étions 2 familles de 4. Ils ont placé les 2 chambres dans 2 extrémités les plus éloignées. La chambre de ma famille étaient dans le fond du 2e étage, en face d'un mur, pas de lumière. Sur ce mur il y avait l'air climatisé de la chambre d'en face qui projetait avec force une odeur d'urine vis-à-vis la porte de notre chambre. Il fallait prendre notre souffle avant d'entrer. Nous avons demandé un changement de chambre mais évidemment c'était impossible. Ensuite, le Wifi ne se rendait pas à notre chambre, seulement dans le cadre de la porte!!! Le plus frustrant était de payer le même prix pour cette chambre que celle au rez-de-chaussé. Il devrait y avoir des bloc de chambres médiocres à prix moindre. Enfin, j'ai aussi trouvé des cheveux au travers des serviettes propres et l'eau chaude n'est pas souvent chaude. Nous devions aussi avoir une plaque de cuisson, mais nous avions plutôt un mur avec fils. Enfin, les lits sont minuscules, tout comme la salle de bain. Bref, je recommande fortement de payer un peu plus et aller au Voyageur, au Beach House ou au SeaHorse (mais ce dernier n'a pas de piscine) . Points positifs: emplacement et ambiance autour de la piscine.

Overall the very very nice and Clean!!! It was in a great location, close walk to the boardwalk (saves in parking) . It was a great experience for a very affordable price!
