Dollar Tree - Dollar store in Brookings - 16261 US-101, USA

Great prices of course, if they have what you're looking for. Shelves seem to be fuller now than they were a year ago. Pretty good chocolate bars for $1.25. Cookies are another great value. And dog treats. I like this store. Update May 2023: Shopped here again today. Shelves were full to the brim for the first time since before the Pandemic, that I ever noticed anyway. What I appreciate about Dollar Tree is they didn't shrink their product sizes like just about every other store has done (as a covert way to raise prices). They did raise their unit price to $1.25, honestly and transparently, during the Pandemic, but at least it was totally obvious. Some of their top notch bargains are: frozen vegetables, chocolate bars (German product), outdoor solar lights, almond windmill cookies, lighters, wine glasses, chinaware, bleach, kitchen paper towels. Things to avoid: some of their plastic container products are a bit flimsy. Check robustness of what you're considering before purchasing. Overall: excellent bargains on good products when you know what you want before you walk in. Update 11/4/22: stocked up here again today. Found everything I was looking for. 🙏

Dollar tree looked really nice when I was there. It was well stocked, clean and orderly. There were several customers shopping. They have something for everyone!

7 people in line. 1 cashier. At least 2 other employees nearby, even after the cashier called for another one. Not the first time. Room for improvement.

Very clean and well taken care of. New flooring and tons of new products, shelves were full. My only complaint is that its not a dollar anymore...

Very clean, most aisles are wider. Only one cash register was open. And everything is a dollar. No sales tax.

You don't have a legal sign saying no Shirt no Shoes. And was told to leave after being in there for a half hour by a corporate manager that must be new. My family is there almost every day. I well be calling to make a corporate tomorrow

i shop the dollar store everyday, sometimes more than once a day lol they have a lot of name brand items for only $1 :) we were able to purchase all kinds of craft items to make some cute Christmas Ornaments to ship to family out of state

Rude rude night shift workers. My goodness. So beyond rude. Wnd honestly just plain lazy. If not that just plain dumb. For example how don't you know how to go back and print a receipt ? Not once but 2 separate times. The 2nd time I had to ask and I got a stare as if I asked for the most unfortunate object ever. I when walked away the time they charged my card. Still not refunded but since I had no receipt given tk me before walking out due to his implicit words and upmost disrespect due to a few things I had opted to not purchase and his line was backing up and the clock was almost hitting the clock out time, I still don't have my money, objects or for goodness sake my damn receipt. Atrocious if ya ask me,:)
