Clean and organized store with a big selection. The cashier was very nice and helpful.
I love this dollar tree. Especially with the new plus section items. However, I hate coming here when Shaquayla is working. She doesn’t greet you at the register. She doesn’t even talk to you or make eye contact. The only thing she says is “need a receipt”. If you’re that miserable, please quit your job & stop making shopper’s experiences bad. Hire happier people please.
Good location if you are heading south on Banksville Rd.
One of the workers there that’s tall with dark hair wouldn’t let me return my books even with a receipt. Every other store lets me except this worker. So I just told her that I would try a different nicer store. But it wasn’t the greatest service for being a customer spending a lot.
Pro: A little bit of everything, shelves always stocked, and lots of parking. Con: Lines are often long.
I just moved here & have visited this location twice with my service dog. Both times I am cheerfully greeted by the cashiers. All the workers know how to act around a service dog, which is great! They don't ask to pet her or make missy sounds at her & they have never interacted with her in anyway! The most we get is a "she's so cute/pretty" which is fine. Thank you for educating your employees in the proper way to behave around service dogs.
I love that we have one so close. You can find a lot of cool stuff for 1.25. staff is always nice, but does seem they have high turnover. :(
A clerk in this store made me wait tem minutes in line. She left a customer shop while she kept waiting for him. I only had one item. item.I had my leg amputated fourteen months ago. I'm going in for my eighth operation on Dec second. I'm on a walker and I was in excruciating pain ! She could have rang me right out but she would not.The manager had the same attitude.If your handicapt I would not recommend this store.In fact I would not recommend it to anyone.
Nice store for cheap. They don't have everything but they do some nice essentials so take advantage of it. Store is well laid out and pretty clean when I went and usually not busy either.
